The food was very good. We ordered pizza and garlic bread for 4 people. 2 of us ordered dark beer, which comes in bottles. The waitress came back with 2 light colored beers in glasses. We told the waitress that we ordered the dark beer. She left with the beers. She came back about 10 to 15 minutes later with the light beers and told us her manager said we couldn’t have the dark beers because the waitress already poured the light beer. We were shocked! Very poor customer service!!

Came here by recommendation for the lasagna dinner. When I paid, I only received the lasagna and a piece of garlic bread. No salad and dessert. The dinner includes both. The rude gentleman said thats not what I ordered, but ok. Lol
The lasagna meat sauce was minimal. Sauce was watery and had barely any meat. It also isn’t made with ricotta cheese. Mind blown! It was just lasagna noodles, sauce and melted mozzarella.

If I could rate this restaurant 0 stars I would. We wanted to check out a new local restaurant and were already cautious due to reading the consistent low ratings. When we walked in around 8pm, the restaurant was empty and we were the only customers. The vibe seemed to be exactly opposite from an Italian restaurant; there were two TV’s showing college baseball and wresting, the music playing seemed to be from someone’s poorly made Spotify playlist with primarily 80’s music, and the seating setup looked like an old Chinese buffet. There seemed to be only two people working in the entire restaurant, the server and the cook. The server didn’t appear enthusiastic to work there and was mostly on her phone or hovering nearby our table to listen to our conversation. We first ordered the garlic bread which was rock hard, covered in a pool of oil in a basket, and was layered with strong garlic salt on the top of the greasy cheese. We had to stop eating it due to the grease and thought I was going to chip a tooth. The minestrone soup was watery and bland, I swear they took it out of a can since we heard a microwave ding just before they served it to us. We even tried to soak our garlic bread in the soup in hopes of it being edible but it wasn’t. The salad looked like it was thrown onto a plate and had chunks of cheese ripped apart on top, was hesitant to eat this and didn’t want e-coli poisoning since the salad looked dirty and chose to set it aside. As we we eating our appetizers, another lovely couple walked in around 8:20 to dine inside but was rudely walked out by our server and cut them off stating the “kitchen was now closed” even though the restaurant was open till 9 and there was no mention of this on their website that their kitchen closes earlier…. Just poor management and lazy service, the workers I’m sure just didn’t want to stay any longer which is some of the worst customer service I’ve seen in this area.
The original “meat” lasagna and manicotti were absolutely horrible, a chef boyardee dinner is probably better quality than what we had. The lasagna had no ricotta or any cheese in the middle and was just two thin noodles with sauce and a 2 inch layer of mozzarella cheese ontop that was stuck to the pan and couldn’t even eat. They were served in 80’s mismatched Corningware dishes that came straight from the oven which was molten lava and bubbling on our table. We had to wait 30 minutes with it sitting on our table before it was safe to eat, and by that point it was almost 9 and it felt like they were rushing us out. Our bill came out to $55 dollars and the food was extremely over priced and poorly made. We love to support local businesses near the area but unfortunately we will not be coming back here at all. I’m surprised this place is still open to be honest.

I sat at a booth with my son. We were the last two customers to enter the establishment.
We were given two menus and the waitress walked off. There was no, welcome to Leah’s, these are our specials, is this your first time here, are you familiar with our menu, absolutely nothing.
My son and I sat there for 8 minutes, not one interaction with the waitress occurred. There were two of them serving dishes to people. Not one other person entered the establishment after my son or I.
I decided to leave and not waste anymore of my time or money at this location.
If you want decent service, I would not recommend this establishment. It’s a common tactic for individuals that does not want your business to simply ignore you based on whatever biases they may have.
It’s unfortunate because I live in the area and simply wanted to try out this restaurant.

Ordered garlic cheese bread, spaghetti sauce etc to go tonight and usually its delicious ( most days ) but today, it was a fail. The sauce was cold and tasteless and the famous cheese bread was cold to where the cheese was stiff, gross like and didnt melt and ooz when taking a bite.
Took them 16 minutes to preheat it and pass it off as a fresh meal.

Please let me explain my total review. First is price. It’s on a 14″ pizza and the price was $17.87 for a two topping pizza. Crossroads in Franklin 5 min from there is $18 for a 16″ pizza and it’s way better. Now when eating this pizza it tastes very much like Jack’s frozen pizza but it’s better. But better than Jack’s which can cost $3 is not comparable. I’m Italian tho and I prefer Italian tasting pizza. Scotty’s in West Allis is the best. I’ve heard the Lasagna is delicious here and I will definitely give it a try. But the pizza tastes slightly better than frozen and it costs $17?? For a 14″? Do not suggest. At Scotty’s with “The Great Scott” special you can get two 16″ pizzas for $31. And it’s the best in the city.

Food was very good. We shared the dinner baked pasta. My complaint is that I ordered. Cup of coffee then later a refill. Meal came with a dessert but I had to ask for it. When I received the check I noticed I was charged for 2 cups of coffee. When I asked waitress she said refills on coffee were charged. I believe this is ridiculous at $3.25 per cup of coffee. I have never been charged for a refill on coffee anywhere ever.

Honestly the worst pizza I’ve ever eaten in my life. The tomatoes tasted moldy and the crust can take out a tooth if your not careful. Needless to say we tossed it out, and will never order again. I just pray im not sick in the morning.
