Delicious burger, toppings and especially sauces. I liked the simple ordering process online, and quick speed of getting the food ready. The bun quality didnt match the rest of the burger, but this place is still on my list of best burgers.

Very disappointed with the service. I ordered a bacon cheese dog (10.69) not including fries and the milk shake. I come here knowing what to expect . I asked for diced tomatoes and was told they couldn’t do that. If I’m paying for a higher end spot, I’d expect for small accommodations. The quality of the food is great, but if I’m spending triple what I would at Burger King I’d expect a better service. They dice unions raw and leave them long grilled, yet they can’t dice tomatoes for a hot dog.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Five Guys location tonight around 8:20 PM.

I called to place an order during the Buy One, Get One Free promotion and was told to order online through the website or DoorDash. When I checked, online ordering was turned off. I called back and was informed they had intentionally disabled online orders. During that call, the store manager hung up on me.

When I called again, I was told there was “nothing she could do” because the store was running out of product and would not honor the promotion. She had a very dismissive, “oh well” attitude and made no effort to offer a solution. When I asked for her name for documentation purposes, she refused to provide it.

Running out of product and turning off online orders are internal issues and should not affect customers during an advertised promotion. Being hung up on and treated dismissively by management is unacceptable.

Very unprofessional experience.

4/18/23: They have delicious burgers here and fries! I loved the food and the place was very clean. The staff was very good at being helpful. I would honest make this my spot to go to but its not going to happen with what they are charging. I got a burge and fries only and it came out to be $18.38 and I didnt get the drink becuase the cost was way too high already. If this company were to make reasonable prices for there customer then they would win me over and I bet several other people as well. I probably wouldnt come here again due to there high prices but the food is GREAT! Please Follow,Like and Share for more #JaysTrueRatings

Disappointed is an understatement. The burger was unseasoned and dry. The fries were doused in Cajun seasoning, like way too much. For a $30 meal, it’s unacceptable. Never again.

Tasty burgers and dogs, but overpriced. The free peanuts do not make up for the fact that I’ve just paid $8-9 for a single burger, $3.50-$6 for an order of fries, and around $4 for my soda. While waiting for our order, we sat there figuring we could have have purchased over 24 liters of soda at any dollar store, making at least 72 drinks the size of ours, and I cringed on the inside.
If want to try their shakes, it would set me back another $5 for the one size offered – medium. The three of us shared one. The fruit is fresh, the ice cream is a dream, the whipped topping tastes as good as it looks, but even with this delicious finish, I can’t get over the fact that I paid $50 for 3 burgers, a dog, 2 fries and a strawberry shake, made my own drinks at a shady, sticky, germ-covered machine that had obviously been the sole entertainment for many a child before we arrived, and bussed my own table. The Cajun fries were so overly- seasoned that they were completely inedible; the plain ones were a real treat but the large at almost $6 an order, would serve at least 3 ppl. There is no way of knowing this beforehand. No table service, no drive-thru, no frills, cold uncomfortable seating, bags are soaked in oil – our food came packed to go, even though we were dining inside. We were surrounded by 100 lb sacks of potatoes and stacks of large crates of peanuts, a few opened so that customers can help themselves. I actually thought they had just gotten a delivery. As customers came and went, no one wiped down a single table, making me wonder when my own had last been done. If i’m paying upscale prices, I want to enjoy upscale, or at least moderate and clean, service and surroundings. Maybe that’s just me.

Okay the burgers were pretty good the seasoned fries were not that great. The tables weren’t as cleaned and the service could had been better. We will try 5 guys again but at a different location.

Generous portion of great French fries, the burger patties are not seasoned (can be good/bad based on preference), you can actually taste beef, not some tvp, pink slime concoction, and the best part is that you get to dress it up with as many free toppings as you like. May be somewhat pricey; but if you have a hankering for a decent burger, I would say it’s worth the price. The only drawback is that seating is somewhat limited in the dining area if you go at a peak time.

Nice burger place to try other than Smash Burger. The choices are simple, just hamburger with or without cheese, and with or without bacon, and normal or little or double size. We ordered the bacon cheeseburger with sauteed mushrooms and onion. It is delicious and fresh made. The milkshake is a must and my favorite is coffee flavor. We will come back for more.

Witnessed two employees clocking in at work and then proceeded to prepare food without washing their hands. Needless to say, I asked for a refund and didn’t have a burger that day. All employees should practice good hygiene, regardless if you are rushing to clock in.
