I have to say most of the workers in there are completely rude the managers or owners or whoever they are are not nice to their employees. There’s one girl in there that’s absolutely amazing her name is Destiny and if you have her you will be in for a great worker wonderful girl and hard worker but for the rest of them i don’t have the words!

Not really crazy about my breakfast!! My Everything Bagel was toasted until burnt and for some odd reason microwave until tough!!! Very disappointed ☹️ but my Lemon Donut was pretty good!!

Was charged over $7 for a medium coffee, which is atrocious. They also charged us a $1 for a pup cup?????????? Yeah going back to remaining loyal to Starbucks as charging for whipped cream is abysmal

I have visited this location a few times over the past year. I only go as no other options close by, otherwise I would definitely skip the place. Today , I was charged 1 dollar for a cup of water (which is the first time I’ve ever been somewhere and charged for non-bottled water) after ordering 6 donuts for 9 dollars. Also, it was early in the morning, and as you can see from my picture , the restroom was disgusting, dirty, and looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks.

Recently I’ve been on a Boston crème donut craze, and after getting some the past few weeks, they have been amazing. The past few times I went in and got a drink and a Boston crème donut. This donut today was horrible!! Not because of the chocolate or the actual dough itself, but there was almost no crème inside! The past donuts I have been getting has had a good and enjoyable amount of the crème. But today it was horrible. There needs to be the same amount of crème as there was a couple weeks ago! On a side note… it is way too hot inside of there! It’s hard to stand inside and wait for my order when I’m sweating to death. Fix the A/C! Do better dunkin!

Paid $7 for the most mid coffee ever they also charge you $1 for a pup cup (which is complimentary at Most other fast food places). Im just glad they don’t charge for the air you breathe in there

Sign said open at 8am but the doors were closed. Employees didn’t bother to help and I went around to the drive through. I asked for a lightly toasted everything bagel with cream cheese, and I received a charred and inedible brick. 5$

After seeing how disgusting the bathroom was, no way was I going to order anything from this place. This wasn’t one of these situations where maybe they got busy and it got dirty. Clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a month. Worked in plenty of restaurants and easy to see when someone just mops over dirt and pushes in corners. Dining room was dirty, toilets nasty, piles of soap in dispenser

Me and my mom where there 2 days ago and a worker named emma butler was very rude in rhe drive threw so we asked her why are you being so rude and she she brushed us off and when she handed us our drinks we said thank you and she rolled her eyes so we repeated ourselfs and said thank you and she didnt answer so we said you could say your welcome and she continued to cuss us out and threatened to THROW HOT CHOCOLATE ON MY MOMS FACE and i have this all on vids and the manager wont do anything about it so watch out

Came in there to get away from the heat, turns out it’s hotter in there than outside because the AC is broken!!! And according to the poor workers it has been for a while. I tried to order Ice cream, but it was all SOUP and melted it was terrible. I ended up just getting a frozen coffee which was delicious, thank you ladies . Those working conditions are terrible though, I couldn’t even stand staying inside for 5 minutes at a time, let alone a whole shift, I hope this problem gets fixed soon
