I have never tried anything new here. I have always gotten the same thing when I order. But today I decided to venture out and try something new. Now I ordered based on the picture of the McAllister wrap the one with ham and turkey and bacon. We’ll I can say I was not intrigued. I got a half of a giant wrap with one slice of ham,half slice of the cheese, and no bacon. I didnt have to search for it lol. It was so much room in the wrap I could see everything. That prob would be something I will not order anymore. Overall service is always awesome and nice.

I come here a lot but lately the service is going down along with the quality of food. As far as management, there is none. This last visist there were five employees behind the counter and everyone was on their cell phone, and speaking very openly and loudly about what they were viewing, inappropriate for workplace. The tables were not clean. The floors need attention the bathrooms too. As far as the food the quality is going down, food is not hot or fresh, It is becoming very disappointing.

Road trip.. 8-29-19 2:15pm. The food at this location was good and also had good presentation. The lady’s at the counter were polite and helpful. The restaurant had trash throughout, under tables, also restroom was not all that clean. A easy sweeping would go a long distance. Overall my experience was not bad and I would return to this location.

On December 5th we went to McAlasters in West Monroe. It was a very good experience. The food is always good and I mean everything on the menu is. The service was great. We got there early and they had everything ready for business. The best part was, the manager compted everything because I had given them a 5 star review from the last time. I will keep going back.

47 years old first time to go to McAlister’s and I was not disappointed!! I recommend their choose two meal deal. You can get a half a sandwich with soup or you can choose a half a sandwich with a salad or you can choose salad or soup. It was all very good

I ordered a spud max no cheese add tomatoes and picked it up in the drive through . I received a potato with ham, turkey and tomatoes. I returned to the counter inside to ask for the other toppings and the manager at the counter Britney was very rude. I then got a potato with some bacon and literally 3 black olive slices and a couple of green onions added. I had also ordered chili with some tortilla chips and received no chips. I had to return to my car and get my debit card to pay for some chips to go with the chili and was thrown the bag of chips in my hand and slapped the receipt for that from Jordan. My granddaughter was so upset after this visit. We won’t be going back there.

Very nice deli wery clean the the place had a nice restaurant appeal very room clean and the sandwiches were good for the price I was anticipating a foot long but I got the marble rye which was good by the way will go again but for lunch instead of dinner unless the menu changes

Ordered my Thanksgiving food for 10 people on DoorDash from McAlisters around 10:30am and scheduled delivery for 4:40-5pm. At 3:45pm-McAlisters canceled my order-no explanation. Refund 5-7 business days. I’m beyond angry.
