We were in Southern Pines shopping and looking for a place that had vegan options and found Bibibop. The lady that took our order was so helpful explaining what was vegan and what sauces went well with my choices. She helped my meat eating boyfriend too. We loved the food and I wish there was one closer to home. I got a bowl with kale rice tofu black beans and I don’t remember my sauce but I ate every bit!!!! Jerry got noodles with veggies and chicken. Would definitely go back next time I’m in Southern Pines!!

The egg was fried hard! Anyone whose ever eaten bibibop knows the egg has to be over easy its what makes the dish. The menu says the egg will be over easy. I told the cashier that the egg was fried hard and should be over easy. She pointed to the line on the menu showing that eggs will be cooked over easy said there was nothing they can do about the egg. How hard is it to get an over easy egg. Probably not coming back if this is how they act when you ask them to fix their obvious mistake.

Our second time here. Food and atmosphere are excellent and in a great location next to the recently opened Target. Only setback was the service experience by the worker who demonstrated poor customer service. She appeared irritated, glum and not wanting to be bothered as we were making our order. The second we paid, she awkwardly left our bowl on her side of the counter (forcing us to reach in to get it), and spinning away immediately without any words after thanking her. She looked like she hates her job and hates serving people. She gave us unwelcoming vibes despite us being nice and courteous to her. We’ve seen her before and she displayed a similar demeanor that time. There is another review highlighting a similar behavior, so I don’t think it’s just a one off thing. The establishment could probably deploy customer service training with her or staff to provide a better experience for customers in future.

We had the honor of trying the catering service this past week for our business dinner. It was a great experience! You get lots of wonderful, healthy options to choose from for your dishes and the portion sizes were perfect for around 8-10 people. As always, the food was very delicious! Our employees loved the spread so much that, we will definitely be doing this again for future business events. We also have several employees and friends that struggle with dietary restrictions, so it can be hard to find catering options that they can eat safely. Having this as an option now is going to be so helpful! We also appreciate our server, AJ. 🙂 She was very friendly, helpful, and focused on customer service first and foremost! We all voted to give the experience a 10 out of 10 and will be doing this again. Thanks so much for making catering an option!

I absolutely love BIBIBOP! It is so fun having so many different options to choose from—I honestly never get the same thing twice because there are so many great combinations. The food is always healthy and of really good quality. On top of that, the restaurant is clean and has a great vibe. Highly recommend for a guilt-free meal!

So impressed by the employees and heart of BiBiBop! The food is also incredible! Everything looks fresh, tastes fresh, and you can’t help but smile when eating your delicious bowls of food!
Bring your friends with celiac or gluten issues because they are Gluten FREE!! That doesn’t take away any of the flavor and punch for us gluten consuming folk! (Go for the steak or Korean BBQ as your protein, you will not be disappointed)
Those with sound sensitivity be advised that they have a high ceiling and sound bounces around a bit. So some kiddos may have a hard time.

This was my first time in and Ernest was wonderful in helping me pick out things to add in my bowl. The curried chickpeas are DELISH! He was so kind and you could tell he really has great customer service. As a business owner myself, I really appreciate this quality. It’s not every day you walk in somewhere and are greeted with a smile. He even gave me a cup to taste all the teas and pick my fav one out. Highly recommend the Hibiscus Tea. Thank you Ernest for adding some sunshine to my day! I hope you are always blessed in everything you do. I’ll definitely be back.

I’ve been to this location dozens of times, and they are an absolute 10/10 on the food, the portioning, the consistency and quality.
However, I want to let y’all know today was off. We ordered 2 bowls. The rice was very undercooked. We had chucks of raw grains in our bowls, the Korean chicken was heavily under-portioned, 4 chicken nugget sized pieces and overcooked to the point of being rubbery. We also had large chunks of carrots/ cucumber that weren’t shredded.
I’m leaving 5 stars as I’m trusting this will be fixed on our next visit, and I can delete this next week, but I wanted to point out the issue we had today in hopes it’ll be corrected. Bibop has become one of our favorite spots and we probably would not go often(if at all) if this was the quality of bowl we could expect.
