We ordered from them for a 2nd time from Uber Eats today on 9/20/25. our first order was probably over two years ago and that’s because we received such bad food and apparently nothing has changed. We placed an order again for a chicken fried steak and the same thing happened that happened a couple years ago. I did not get the gravy with that chicken fried steak. The hash browns were all burned, the eggs were rubber, the pancakes ripped, and the OJ was warm. we know it has nothing to do with the Uber driver. The bag came sealed with the IHOP stickers and per the DoorDash app she came straight from the restaurant and we are only about 10 mins away. We are insisting UberEats reimburse us for the entire meal. 98% was inedible 🙁

Food was delicious and came fast. Waitress was friendly and I appreciated her lack of hovering. She was just available enough to flag down if we needed something but not too available that I wanted to strangle her. If you know what I mean . Will definitely be bringing the family again!

Food was amazing. We were greeted & seated within minutes even tho it was moderately busy. Our server was friendly, kind, patient & attentive. Rare treat that was worth going. My only gripe was that they crammed all customers into the same corner of the already small restaurant making it feel a bit crowded; I’m agoraphobic. Will probably order to-go next time.

I recently had breakfast at IHOP, and it was a pleasant experience overall. The restaurant was clean, and the atmosphere felt bright and welcoming. The staff greeted me right away and seated me quickly, which I appreciated.
I ordered their classic breakfast with pancakes, eggs, and bacon. The pancakes were fluffy and warm, just the way IHOP is known for. The eggs were cooked the way I asked, and the bacon was crispy and flavorful. The portions were generous, and everything came out hot.
The service was friendly and attentive. Our server checked in a couple of times to make sure we had everything we needed and refilled our drinks without us having to ask.
Prices were reasonable for the amount of food you get, and the menu has a lot of variety, from omelettes and crepes to burgers and lunch items, so it’s easy to find something you like.
Overall, IHOP is a solid choice if you want a simple, satisfying breakfast or brunch. I would definitely come back again for their pancakes and good service.

Drinks then Food not brought out at same time for everyone. Was not asked if we needed kid menus so had to go hunt some down on our own. Husband’s food was served cold (plus cold butter on hot pancakes; not acceptable). Sent back for hot remake; sausage was cold again. Coffee not kept filled. Bathrooms were a mess. Server had rough appearance and was not friendly. Berry Crepes were bland and had no filling like picture had.
Decent wait time for table (10min.). Kids’ pancakes were amazingly picture perfect as expected. Fruit was fresh and sweet! Milkshakes and food were excellent serving sizes.

IHOP has really stepped up to provide good service and food since Shari’s closed. As a senior I appreciate the Value Menu of breakfast favorites. Today service was exceptionally fast and friendly.

Good food, generous portions, but; 1) only one low cal/sugar-free beverag; 2) we had to flag her down to request an additional order of ‘Endless pancakes’ that took 20 minutes to receive; 3) she never came by again after she delivered our order, not to check on our meal or to refill our beverages or water; 4) we cudnt close the clear ‘to-go’ boxes completely and she cudnt do it either; 5) it wasnt busy but loud children screaming and running around the tables.

I’m a regular at this location. I’m here almost everyday and have seen staff come and go. One thing I will say is Steve(the asst manager) goes above and beyond. His customer service is stellar! He should be at a 5 star steakhouse for sure! He greets every single person who come inside with a hello and big smile. His energy is always contagious. He brings the staff up and keeps them going on hard days. I’m very sad to hear he’s no longer there. The one who fixes everything, cleans everything and keeps everyone happy, This place will absolutely fall apart without him. To the owner-get him back asap! You will lose a lot of the regular customers! Very disappointed! Maybe it’s not the manager/asst manager who is the problem, get a new district manager!!
