We had a great experience at IHOP thanks to our server, Crystal! She was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Our food came out really fast, which was awesome, and she kept checking on us to make sure everything was good. Crystal was friendly, professional, and made the whole visit even better. Great service like this is why we’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend

Yikes.
I understand holiday rushes but I got sat at a booth that was CLEARLY not cleaned. They literally still had the old coffee pot on it… not sure how that was missed. I then had to flag someone down to clean it. Not only did he ask if I wanted the booth cleaned (ew, obviously yes? This is basic sanitary.) but then left the cleaning agent at my table. This place is disgusting by professional standards.
I ordered over easy eggs and got over hard. The food was cooler than I would have hoped. The waiter seemed miserable. Please staff your restaurant better. This was clearly poor service as a result of high stress from being understaffed. I got second-hand stress sitting here.

Visited during the evening and ordered breakfast. One customer was waiting for a To Go Order.
Server was polite and attentive. He placed my order and was very courteous. It appeared ro be a shift change as the orinal server was no longer present.
The server who joined later wad exemplary as well. He was courteous, checked in frequently, and generally seemed happy.
The restaurant was mostly empty. The atmosphere was quiet outside of the music playing.
I ordered a short stack with honey , a side of hashbowns, and a spinach mushroom omelet. The food was delicious and prepared with care.

Sonia was our server when we came in for breakfast and she was fantastic. She greeted us with such a warm smile and made us feel welcome right away. She was very attentive without being overwhelming and made sure everything came out quickly and exactly how we ordered it.
She kept our coffee refilled, checked on us at the perfect times, and had such a positive attitude the whole visit. It really made our morning better. Sonia is the kind of server that makes you want to come back. Thank you for the great service!

We came in with a big group for Sunday breakfast. They were super accommodating and after 15 minutes we were sat. We LOVE dining with Gino, he’s such charismatic and attentive server! He made sure the food came out on time and was sure to attend to our needs before and after our meal. IHOP is our favorite weekend breakfast spot and Gino is always the cherry on top!
