Jodie is one of our favorites. We are sad to found out she moving away. Always had a smile and loved our chats. Prime rib is perfectly cooked, Sweet potato, yummy and I eat my croutons 1st off my salad cause they are so good! Host is friendly, Daniel is super kind and our other favorite person to ask for. Love the drinks that come with the kangaroo shot or cute koala bear. Dinning experience has been wonderful so far. Clean bathroom and clean dinning room. Right now I have nothing negative to say, just great times and wonderful food.

Noodles weren’t fully cooked. Service truly sucked for being insanely slow. Took them 20 minutes to bring one tea out. My uncle ordered a non-alcoholic drink an the waiter came back with it already open can.

I came to Outback for dinner. Overall, the best part was my waiter, Wesley. He was very attentive and gave great customer service. The food, my Rockhampton Ribeye wasn’t tasteful and somewhat dry, although hot in temperature. They didn’t have baked potatoes which I asked for, so I settled for mashed potatoes. When the received the potatoes, they were warm to the touch as well as the asparagus. I sent both back. Lastly, to watch an employee (Jasmine) (I asked the bartender what was her name) go to the back, not on the clock with a bonnet and what looks like a night shirt only was so unprofessional. To know the inspection score was a 93/A was great but overall I give them a lower score. What an Outback, it was.

My husband and I visited this restaurant on Saturday, and unfortunately, it didn’t live up to our expectations. We used to love this place when we were leaving in Canton, but after moving to Kennesaw, we decided to give the new location a try. Sadly, it was a letdown.
First, we were made to wait for over 50 minutes for our food. When it finally arrived, the meat was cold and the mashed potatoes were almost frozen. To make matters worse, our server never checked in with us to see if everything was okay. We had to call him over just to ask for the bill.
I was disappointed and wanted to voice my concerns at the moment, but my husband just wanted to leave. The long wait wasn’t worth it, especially because the food was cold. Plus, my drink was never refilled, which made the experience even worse.
We’ve had such great memories at this restaurant in the past, but after this visit, I’m not sure if we’ll be returning anytime soon.

I meant to write this days ago but I forgot. I was here for Valentine’s Day as a doordasher and I just really wanted to compliment the to-go team that was working that night. It was SLAM PACKED, there were SO many to-go orders but they stayed so calm and organized. They really did an amazing job and absolutely deserve recognition and praise for that because it was literally so busy there was like an hour wait time just on to-go orders but they kept it together! Great job!

Anastasia was amazing!!! Definitely ask to sit in her section! My family and I dined for lunch and there little to no wait to be seated or served. Anastasia made sure she answered all of our questions and made great suggestions that we ended up trying. She treated my 7 year old daughter so professionally and my daughter was the most pleased of this experience.
I recommend the Alice Springs Chicken and the Ribs!! The ceasar salad was delicious as well. While the food was decent, the plating was messy and I also found that my silverware was dirty. I had to request a new set. I am thankful for the manager checking in with us!

Food was great! We sat at the bar for a few hours. New bartender Ellie was super friendly and attentive. Can’t wait to go back and say “Hi” again. She’s worth every bit of the 30 minute drive.

Had lunch today at Out ack in Kennesaw. Ordered soup and salad. Waitress didn’t mention that the soup and salad I chose each had a 4$ up charge. It was written in tiny print and not clear that it was for the u limited soup and salad. The soup, French onion, was good but extremely salty. The blue cheese salad was so salty I couldn’t eat it all. I tried the potato soup, also extremely salty and tasted like gravy
