Dinner tonight was amazing but the service was outstanding! Our server was Tori M, and she was so incredibly sweet! My kids loved her and thought she was so pretty! She was very helpful and attentive! Said she is training to bar tend so we will be back and request her forsure! If you go to. Chesterfield Applebees, be sure to ask for Tori! I had an amazing experience at Applebee’s, and it was all thanks to Jamie! From the moment we were seated, Jamie was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely attentive. She made us feel comfortable right away and kept a positive attitude the entire time.
Jamie was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, offered great recommendations, and made sure everything came out exactly as we ordered. Our drinks were always refilled quickly, and she checked in at just the right times without ever being intrusive. It’s clear she truly cares about providing excellent customer service.
What really stood out was her upbeat personality and professionalism. Even though the restaurant was busy, she stayed calm, efficient, and kind to everyone around her. Jamie went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable, and because of her, we’ll definitely be coming back. Applebee’s is lucky to have her!

Anthony was absolutely amazing! From the moment we sat down, he was so nice, welcoming, and professional. He was very observant and attentive the entire time — making sure our drinks were refilled, checking in at the perfect moments, and anticipating what we needed before we even had to ask. My friend and I love coming in. This is our usual spot to come and drink. We often sit with the bartenders and love Dana and Kayla. They’re fast, friendly and the drinks are always delicious. Love coming in and seeing them at the bar. Their prices are good for the portions. We also really enjoy Carter the server when we sit in the normal dining room. We always have wonderful experiences when we come in! Delicious food, great drinks and lovely service. They have a great happy hour for apps! Makes for a great place to have some drinks and snack on apps. Thanks for always providing us quality service and food! We appreciate you guys!

I will forever be grateful to the location in particular. My husband and family used to come here a lot. And every time we came my husband would sit And admire a photo/painting on the wall on lineman back in the old days. He himself is a lineman so he always made reference to how he loves the photo and wished he could get one like it. So thinking of a good gift to get him I decided to go to the location and tell them my story and find out where I could get that photo. Without hesitation they walked me to the large piece and took it off the wall and gave it to me. They said it was to pay homage to him and the hard work he does and the work they do for Applebees when they have problems. They take care of them and they wanted to take care of him. That was not what I was expecting. I stood in amazement and disbelief! I took it home and put a big bow on it because it was too big to wrap. My husband was so overjoyed when I presented it to him. He couldn’t believe I did that for him and that they did that for him! It was an awesome experience and I will forever remember that moment and the love showed!

Not big on bashing restaurants but also big on accountability. This was maybe the worst service I’ve had in years! We were there when it wasn’t very busy at all. Waited for approximately 30 minutes for appetizers and salads after ordering. Restaurant had a very nonchalant attitude with all visible employees. I mean….how long does it take to get salads and appetizers out??? When the waitress came around I hurried up and chugged my drink so I could get a refill right then because after watching her make her rounds I already knew if I didn’t get one then it might be another hour . Waitress was very nice…but just being nice does not feed the customers or pay your bills. There’s gotta be some effort. Im usually a very good tipper…but giving good tips for bad service is the equivalent of the “everybody gets a trophy” pandemic and only adds fuel to the fire of crappy service. Applebee’s….do better.

I had an excellent experience at Applebee’s! Our server, Alexa, was absolutely amazing. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about providing great service, but Lexa went above and beyond. She made our visit so enjoyable, and we’ll definitely be back because of her.
