I placed an online order for two sandwiches, but only one was prepared. When I asked about the missing sandwich, the employees explained that they hadn’t made it because they wanted to close early and go home. I was then told that I would have to wait up to two weeks to receive a refund.
The customer service and overall attitude from the staff were extremely disappointing. There seemed to be very little concern about correcting the mistake or helping the customer. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with these same employees, and experiences like this make it hard to consider returning.

Who’s actually managing this location? Majority of reviews on DoorDash for this particular location are negative, and looks like same story here. An hour to make two sandwiches on a Thursday night? How is this location still open and allowed to be an absolute disservice to the brand?

I’m sorry but the kids they have working here do not follow simple orders. My order is always incorrect and it’s just this location. Please management consider retraining these individuals at this location and make sure they are competent enough to read orders and execute them how the paying customer wants. And do check ups, any time I ever go it’s children and nothing more.

Pick up sandwhiches and cannot read any instructions on the well sealed bag. The bag had no napkins at all. Get to the location and see the sandwhichs NOT cut into 4, and NONE of the instructions followed. I immediately called the manager who said “his employees do not read any instructions.”. ugh, said he was giving me a refund, still waiting for that one.

Ordered online come in to get my food and they’re out of bread. I guess this is a common thing here. crazy. And it’s gonna take three business days to get my money back.

I ordered the Italian sub this morning I asked him to replace the capicola with more salami replace the ham with more pepperoni that’s first off doesn’t look like that happened at all then my bread was hard I called young man said that they just took it out of the oven either they baked it too long or that’s not what happened I also asked for Chipotle mayo to be added that didn’t happen
