Our first time at this location. We haven’t been to a McDonald’s in 10+ years. We ordered a double quarter pounder deluxe and a regular quarter pounder meal, plus a lemonade from the kiosk. Funny there is no indication where you get cups for our drinks. When I asked I was told they don’t have lemonade. When I asked why it was available on the kiosk – no answer. So we waited and someone brought us cups and told me to choose another drink. I told the staff I expected a refund for the lemonade $1 upcharge I already paid for and to see the manager. Eventually the food arrived with my refund in cash. The food was just ok everything was small, the pickles sliced so thin they were translucent. The fries have a chemical flavor. Sorry but so many better choices in the area – we won’t be back anytime soon. Plus I never did see the manager.

Ordered a kids meal with a medium coke, they gave me a extra small coke. I told them i ordered a medium, the girl at the window said i didnt. (I had someone in the car who heard me order a medium). Another person, who i assume is the manager took my xtra small coke and went to get me a medium. I get the medium and the entire cup is ice. The straw barely went through. My guess is they were being petty and filled the cup up with ice and then poured the small coke into the larger cup. Completely rude of them. It was a small issue that could have been fixed without the pettiness.

I’m done with this McDonalds today I ordered a chicken Big Mac got home opened it and it was a regular Big Mac smh sucked it up because I was all the way home ate the sandwich and was eating the fries and there was a baby ant in the bottom of my fry box now I feel sick I don’t even do reviews so you know I’m deeply sickened

Portions are getting smaller, the eggs were undercooked, and they forgot the hashbrown that comes with the meal. I don’t expect much from a McDonald’s, but this time was a complete waste and I can’t go back to get it fixed.

Asked girl at window is my bbq in the bag? She said yes! I pulled off to the side. No bbq sauce! I went inside and got it. Got back to my car and realized no pies in the bag!!! Went back inside and got them. Ordered no onions on burger. Your right!! Onions on my burger. I would not recommend this McDonald’s.

Went through drive thru with mobile order. No one came to the speaker. A car pulls up to the other speaker and someone comes on. I pull around anyway and give my mobile order number to the lady. I was told to go to drive thru window #1 because they were waiting on fries, I sat there while four cars went pass me. It was ridiculous. Then I had to come back because my order was wrong. Then they got it wrong again, so I wasted at least 45 minutes just to go to McDonalds.Then a young man named Dayron told me to throw away the wrong order food. I said you can throw it away, he proceeded to snatch the bag from me and throw it away. This is so unacceptable and the worst customer service. Won’t happen again.

I really wanted to treat myself to a burger and fries today, stopped into this McDonalds it is so dirty no one was wearing gloves, I didn’t buy my burger what a disappointment!
