Definitely on our list of comebacks. Worth the drive.
TJ and Brandon are absolute pros. They provide excellent, fast service even when the place is packed, and they make you feel like a regular the moment you sit down. It’s rare to find bartenders who can balance that kind of speed with such a friendly, welcoming attitude.
As for the food—the Oysters Shunk Gulley are a must-try. Perfectly prepared and always fresh. Whether you’re stopping in for a cold drink after the beach or a full meal, this is a 5-star experience every time.
Huge thanks to TJ and Brandon for taking such good care of us. We will definitely be back!
My friend loves the duckfat fries so always tries to visit. The sweet tea chick basket was very good.
I tried the slaw which really didn’t have much flavor. I did appreciate it was not mayo based. And the bisque was ok. Not worth $10 for a cup in my opinion – I’ve had much better.
But over all a very good meal.
You can sit at the bar and look out at the ocean too if you get there early enough. Also, you can bring Fido and sit outside. Don’t even consider going anywhere else first until you come here!
Best pick was quinoa salad. Oysters tasted more like cheese. Waited an hour to be seated, waited 40 minutes for the food to come out. Busy busy but atmosphere is worth to go visit.
