Texas Roadhouse , on Montgomery Road, has a section of 2 seater booths. These booths are assigned waiters and waitresses according to when you’re seated.
My dining experience this past, Sunday was highly affected by this rule of thumb. I was seated in one of these booth and was not approached by anyone until 15 minutes afterwards. A random waiter came by and asked if anyone had waited on me? And I responded not at all. He proceeded to get me a drink and then went and told the manager that no one was servicing me.
When he returned, I asked him about another waitress who was waiting on another table right across in the same area. However, he explained that she was only assigned to that certain area, and no one yet had been assigned to my booth yet. He further explained that he did tell the manager, who seemingly was going to pass this situation off to the oncoming manager to handle. Despite the Waiters frustration, he was kind enough to take my order.
About 40 minutes into my stay, the manager comes over and apologizes for the lack of service. He proceeds to say that “accidents happen” and he’ll take care of it. It took close to an hour for me to get my food.
Let’s be clear, it’s not an accident when you sit someone in a booth that does not have an assigned waiter or waitress to service. The customer. This protocol has only served to frustrate , humiliate and offend this customer.
Although the subpar meal was comp, the poor customer service, delayed attention from management and the overall disrespect cannot be compensated.

Had a very good experience here. Had the steak, it was great, got it to go. I asked for a bag of peanuts and they delivered, hooked it up with 2 bags! Good times. This place has an enormous parkinglot to its side. Super nice staff too. Very friendly. To go window is on the outside. I like that, inside is nice but outside window is great

We celebrated a birthday here with 11 people. We got seated and served quickly even though they seemed busy.
All our food was good and cooked just right.
Our server Katelyn was awesome and was attentive to our needs.

My boyfriend and I had dinner here and Sam was our server and he was amazing! He made the experience so much fun, even while juggling multiple tables. Will definitely be coming back.

Chili served with a flimsy, plastic spoon. Chili also contained a large mushroom and a green bean inside. 3) Burnt bread rolls. 4) and, a charred 6 oz. Filet without any flavor.
A couple next to us sent their food back at least 3 times. So, this problem was not exclusive to us. The food was the worst I have ever encountered at a roadhouse. Extremely disappointed.

They have delicious and so juicy bone in ribeye. With the meal two sides free. I tried baked potato with cheese and house salad with ranch sauce. I totally paid 35$. Their staff are so enjoyable.

Second update: we have them a chance for redemption. Not good. The steak I got the second time was mostly fat. It’s a shame. I attached pics of the second one too.
UPDATE : I got a call from someone at Texas Roadhouse. They offered to give us another meal. I’ll update this review when we give a second chance.

Neither was really edible. Too much fat in both steaks. And neither was cooked properly. The picture attached is a medium well.

Today was the gift exchange for my Women of God, Sisters in Christ circle and an amazing time was had. Our server, Peyton, was outstanding! She was friendly, engaging, and provided exceptional customer service. The food was banging and we all are Blessed! Thank you! We will definitely be back!

The food is ok, they didn’t have the ribeye( it was only 6:30pm so I’m confused as to why they didn’t have any, so I was forced to get the porterhouse), they undercooked my steak, the desserts leave much to be desired, tastes like it’s bought pre-made (not in a good way) with red syrup on it, no strawberries. Was so disappointed. My friends took me there for my birthday and I actually wish we went somewhere else
