There’s a reason most of these FF restaurants are empty. Constant food downgrade. Customer service gone wack. I had some hope for BK still left but this one proved it’s no different from the normal crowd. I frequent mobile ordering just to avoid dealing with humans like so. I placed my online order= 1. No speaker greeting (the screen doesn’t work either way). 2. Already approaching customers with a hint of attitude. THREE. “Here ya go” are the words we received for items that were replaced in my order without notification. 10/10 would not recommend lest you like for burgers crushed.

11-22-24 approx 5pm. I’d like to start off by saying i typically prefer BK or McDonald’s but will never return to this location again. They were not busy we were the only ones there. The staff was very rude and had a hard time with a very basic order. The frys were cold. Drink order was wrong. Burgers were lacking on every level. Staff did get the kids crowns but made it seem like an inconvenience to them. Wont return to the south Washington location. See attachment of cheese burger and 3 whopper Jr’s and what there supposed to look like.

Service was terrible. Waited for 10 minutes at the drive through no one came on. Pulled up to the window and the clown with the neck tattoo of a crown just looked at me and refused to take my order. Absolute waste of 20 minutes trying to give the place business.

The manager, Al, was so great with customer service and was quick to solve the issue with my order. He definitely has fixed the issues with this location, and my opinion of this BK is significantly better. For those who see bad reviews/have had bad experiences, please give it another chance. Al has done a great job!

Ordered 2 original chicken sandwiches with cheese and no lettuce at the drive thru. Receipt has it correct. Didn’t look at the food until over an hour later when we arrived home. There’s lettuce on the sandwiches and no cheese, yet I got charged $2 for cheese. I’m livid. I didn’t expect the food to be hot after the drive home, but I did expect it to made correctly.
