I love trying New Mexican restaurants and found this gem in trinity groves! I love that they have the classics but also a slight twist. The skirt steak fajita is amazing the meat quality is really good! The salsa and chips and also good since the chips are the thin crispy style. The service was even better, our server was Mimi and she was exceptional! Loved her personality and service was top notch! Thank you for such an amazing night, can’t wait to bring friends here! Oh the patio is great as well and you have to try the nitro drinks, it’s like a cloud in yo mouth!

Beto and Son never disappoints! On this visit, I had the sautéed shrimp enchiladas and the entire meal was DELICIOUS. The portions are huge, the margaritas with boba bubbles were perfect and Gorge our waiter was phenomenal! We’ll be back soon.

Based on my first visit to Beto and Son, I’ll most definitely be back when I’m in Dallas again. I had the shrimp tacos and they were a 10 out of 10. The chips came with a traditional salsa and another dip…. both were a 10 out of 10. The house margarita with boba bubbles…12 out of 10 and Gorge our waiter was easily a 15 out 10, so request him when you visit, lol.

Amazing experience at Beto & Son!
From the moment we walked in, everything was perfect. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, the food was delicious, and the signature cocktails were absolutely outstanding — truly some of the best we’ve had.
A special thank you to Fernanda, our server, who was exceptional. She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcomed throughout the entire experience. Her recommendations were spot-on and really elevated our visit.
We left extremely satisfied and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend Beto & Son to anyone looking for great food, incredible cocktails, and top-notch service!

Went for brunch with about 8 of us on Sunday We made a reservation and our table was ready right away We don’t get the fancy margarita but we enjoyed everything else I had the salad tower with carnitas. It was so good the should put it on the menu Others had the steak tower wagyu fajitas and different bowls and we all loved our food. Service was really nice too

Enchiladas looking like lasagna for $22 is ridiculous. This restaurant is way overpriced. I should’ve just gone to Chipotle or Taco Cabana. And the enchilada plates don’t even come with beans — only rice! A side of charro beans is $7.99, and the bowl is smaller than a Chick-fil-A chicken noodle soup. At this point, you’re just paying for the area and the nice patio.

Cute spot but a big NO for their food which was extremely disappointing since we were there celebrating a birthday.
Our waitress was really nice but just a PSA, they don’t split checks for groups of 10+.
We tried their chicharrón with queso (Flavor of the queso was good but there were some extremely hard chicharron pieces that were inedible. The sauce that was drizzled over was sweet which I did not like) mexican poutine (Using masa instead of fries was very strange. I think the dish would have been better if they used fries instead. There was also a hair in ours so we had to send it back), ceviche (Was pretty good but again, on the sweet side), tortilla soup (Tasted more like consume. With tortilla soup I expect more of a light chicken broth. This tasted more oily and the seasoning wasn’t giving “tortilla soup”, steak salad (Cotija dressing was a no for me but the steak was on point. Very tender)
I think everyone in our party didn’t enjoy their food. Lots of full plates at the end. My friend ordered salmon tacos and her salmon was super hard.
Will not be returning.

I had the best Nitro Pina Colada I’ve ever had. The restaurant is also a vibe. I’ve been a few times since for these drinks. The food was also very nicely prepared and service is always great!

The carnitas tacos were so flavorful and delicious!! Great portion size. The nitrogen margarita was such a fun touch and honestly the smoothest ice drink ive ever had, we got prickly pear flavor. Amazing!! And lastly the homemade cinnamon shot with a cinnamon sugar rim… yummy! Thanks to our waiter Oscar, he was so kind and pleasant!! 12/10
