Pretty small and cute restaurant with seating only at the bar. The Duk Gochi with teriyaki sauce was yummy. Didn’t know fried rice cakes could taste so good! We also enjoyed the fried Beef Mandu as well. I thought the Kim Bop with beef lacked a bit flavor, but was wrapped very well.

Definitely one of the best places to eat on campus. Their food reminds me of home cooked meals, and my order came out quite fast! If you’re visiting ann arbor, I definitely reccomend this place. And if you’re student, I would say it’s not cheapest place but boy is it worth it!

Wow, I’m amazed by how delicious the food is! The employees are super nice, and the food comes out pretty quickly. If I ever visit Ann Arbor again, I’ll definitely go to this restaurant first – I’m obsessed!

My husband and I absolutely loved this little restaurant! The staff was so kind and nice, it literally felt like going over a friends house rather than a restaurant. Everything was delicious!

Great Korean food! Everything was fresh and reminded me of home cooking. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It does have very limited seating but highly worth the wait.

I had the worst restaurant experience here. My friend and I (both black) came in at the exact same time as a Asian couple. After sitting, they were immediately greeted and given water. After about 5 minutes they were given banchan and had their order taken. At this point, the 3 workers had seen us sitting there but we still had not been greeted or given water. The restaurant is set up like a bar so the not seeing us excuse doesn’t work here. It reaches the 10 minute mark, and everyone in the restaurant has been helped but us. A few minutes later, the couple we walked in with gets their entrees. After dropping their food off, the older worker finally comes up to us and says “are you picking up a takeout order”? We had our coats off, we had been sitting there for over 10 mins, and she made eye contact with us MULTIPLE times. I say no, we’re dining in. She then looks annoyed and asked “what do you want to order then?”. I asked if we can get water first, and that annoyed her even more. Fast-forward, I get my food and it wasn’t good. I asked if I could switch to another dish and she said “no we close soon”. Which is weird because when I looked up their closing time, it wasn’t for another hour.
***Also the tips don’t go to the servers, they go straight to the owner!!!!

No tables, just bar style seating. Told us to sit next to the only group of people inside when there was plenty of seats available. We have to pour our own water. Brought out my girlfriend’s soup before all the food was done. Cooked my food on a grill in front of us. My lady hate eating cow but kept stealing my beef bites. Super tasty and love the atmosphere. 10/10 highly recommended!

This place is one of the brightest gems in A2. The food here was phenomenal, and the staff were incredibly friendly.
The restaurant is all bar style, which reminded me of being in a small restaurant in Koreatown in LA. I loved it. The food also was on par with some of the spots in koreatown. The kimchi here is soooooo good.
I can’t even recommend anything because everything here is phenomenal. I can’t wait to go back!

Best Korean food I’ve ever had.
Great for a bite with one or two friends, as the seating area is very small. Sooo worth it though!

I used to come here in law school in 89-91. At that time there wasn’t much else that far down University. I just took my son here, who is now studying at UofM. It was a blast from the past: same atmosphere with great food, at a reasonable price. (But I miss the cold broth with grated cucumber and toasted sesame seeds that in the 90s was served before the main course. I remember my friend lovingly referred to it as “water soup.”)
