Always an amazing experience . Staff or normally manager (the one in the picture) always take my son and show him around to give me time to make his his plate and give me a few minutes to eat. No matter how busy she is. So kind and always gives best customer service out of any restaurant I’ve been to. Hard to top .

Went to this Texas Roadhouse location for an early dinner a few days ago.
The wait wasn’t bad – we were seated about 15 minutes after arrival. Normally, we join the wait list before arriving, but it said there was no wait.
Our server was great – she was very pleasant, professional, and attentive.
Our food and beverage order was correct, and everything arrived fairly quickly.
Each food and beverage item was very tasty – our meal was very well-prepared.
*The only downside to our visit was the noise level in the restaurant. Twice during our visit, the music was turned up, and the staff performed some line dances.
At times, the volume level was obnoxiously loud – over 99 decibels. (see screenshot)
Several diners were looking at each other, wondering why the music was blaring…
I’m not sure when we’ll return to this location.

The good was okay, overall. Some items were phenomenal others were meh. The real star was our server. She was obsessed with making our experience as close to perfect as possible and had a great attitude and sense of humor. I’d return just for her.

Friendly service. Very busy so food wait was a little long. We had a large party of 10 so we had to be out in separate tables, due to fire hazzard, which was disappointing because it was a wedding party. Food was good when arrived and service was competent and friendly.

The portions are huge . The portions can be chosen to your liking. Our steak was cooked to perfection . Corn side dish was Teriffic and salad was just as good. Plenty of drinks, great lemonade and ice tea. Pick your steak at the door and get a ticket….all was fresh. The service was fast, they were very busy we were seated in 7 minutes.

I haven’t been to a Texas roadhouse since 2017. And I have to say I’m happy that this is the one that I came to after all this time. The food was phenomenal. The service is great and I couldn’t be more happy. The one thing I will say is that I always order doubles, and my first drink was not a double I was definitely shorted but once I told the waitress she remedied that and every drink after that was correct. The manager is very polite and my waitress, I believe her name was Nevaeh was phenomenal. She was running around like crazy, making sure that every table was satisfied and just a truly talented young woman. I will 100% be back!

Arrived on a Tuesday at 4:45 and got promptly seated. Our server was Karrington and she waited on our table of eight promptly and was very pleasant. The orders arrived in a reasonable amount of time and everyone was happy with the quality and quantity of the food. The rolls served before the meal arrived were delicious and they provided us with more rolls twice. We ordered the onion blossom as an appetizer and that was also very tasty. We left with several bags of leftovers which will provide additional meals later. Tables are well spaced out so you don’t feel too crowded. As others have noted, it is a bit loud but I didn’t find it too bad even though I am sensitive to loud noise. Would definitely come back again.

We stopped here while traveling today. The service was excellent and very attentive to us and the food was very good too! The bathroom floors could have been a tad cleaner but overall that was the only issue I saw. Looks like they do take out as well. Parking was plentiful and easy to get back on the road again.

Tasty food very close to home, can’t beat that for Father’s Day. The staff treated us well, thank you. The food could’ve used more seasoning, however the portions & options made up for it. The music was a tad louder, several conversations had to rise in volume to be heard, at least the server & bartender were clear & on point.

So wonderful. The service was great. The food was so good and I was not feeling all that well but the filet was cooked perfectly and our Ceasar salad was delicious. Absolutely love this place. Have never had a bad meal or service.
