Manager has no idea of what a “store credit” is. She made redeeming the credit so difficult. Because she was the one on duty when the dish was made, and she was the one who later provided the credit, after customer care contacted the store. I had to explain to her, I can spend MY CREDIT on any item in the store. I even showed her the email from customer support that states I have a CREDIT. She first asked what I wanted to redeem it on. Then she said I can only get the same item they couldn’t prepare properly. Why would I want that again? Then she said she wasn’t giving me anything for free. I didn’t ask for anything for free if I have a CREDIT. I didn’t want to spend any more than what my credit is for, but I am capable, as I work and make six figures. I will provide a picture of the baby food I complained about that cause me to reach out to customer care. A picture of how the item supposed to look, lastly, the email that verifies I was to receive a CREDIT. After I showed her the simply worded email, she STILL says, that is for pasta. IGNORANT! Very argumentative. Oh, i should mention, my order for this Gerber toddler food dish, was to be ready in 15 minutes. It took 35 minutes. It supposed to been a curbside pickup, I had to go in and retrieve this mess.

I will say 5 stars for the customer service. They bring it all the way around, there are some days they are super busy and one employee will make it worth it. Tonight was Sabrina, and she sealed it with a smile. Very happy, just because she was so awesome!

Our order has shown that it was delivered for an hour. I have been on hold for 20 minutes at the store even after waiting. Where is our order? Where is the staff? Where are the store managers? The world may never know. But our food is not here and it’s been 2 hours. Contact me. Seriously this is nonsense. I know this is a staffing issue, pay your people more money and they won’t quit.
Update: Spoke with a store manager and she assisted me with a credit for half of my order. I had been on hold for 35 minutes and drove to the store to get answers so this was still not an optimal experience. Will they answer when I call to use the credit?
Update: Attempted an order on new years day, expecting to be able to use my credit promised. General manager of the store was a no show and no one could issue me my credit. Was promised to be reached out to by a district manager the following day. Still have not been refunded for my order that was cancelled after no updates for 2 hours. Was on hold on the phones for 25 minutes before an employee who was rightfully pissed off that their store manager no showed explained the situation.
District manager, ball is in your court. Contact me and get me my refund.

Stopped by this location & I have to say the service, food & atmosphere was great! Marla was amazing & very welcoming! It feels good to go into a restaurant where employees actually love what they do instead having attitude. Thanks again Marla you Rock!

This is the worst managed business I’ve ever been in. Placed an online order, went to pick it up. The place is in total chaos. They can’t find anyone’s order, giving people wrong orders. I waited 25 minutes, finally got my money back and left.

Called the store and spoke with Marla the GM. She answered the phone with an ever pleasant country twang to her voice and proceeded to help me beef up my order to exactly what I wanted. The pizza was even delivered within the time frame given. Thank you Marla and my delivery driver for a great experience.

This location is terrible with delivery. They mark orders complete to make it look like they delivered it then show up an hour later and act like everything is okay. I’m so easy going , if you’re gonna be late let me know and I’ll be okay with it. But instead they just mark it complete and have you looking out your windows hungry, confused and angry. It’s like this every time. I’ve opted to just ordering for pick up. It turns an hour and a half wait to a 15 min wait. Sucks for all the people that can’t drive there tho… ps , I ordered an hour and a half ago and I’m still waiting.
