Treated as if I was the problem. Was given one salsa. Asked for chips and cheese cheese was cold and gel like so had me concerned. Paid to be treated as if I shouldn’t come there. Entire order was cold. Checked my food before I pulled off and the cashier stood there and had her hands crossed as if I was the problem. Granted this happened at 12:52am but like come on.

They always forget utensils. They always forget my cinnabon delights. They always screw up my order somehow and they always have an attitude. If I ask for sweet tea then I don’t want unsweetened iced tea. You just read the ticket and screwed it up because you were too lazy to offer an alternative.

Yuck! Came here tonight for a quick bite at around 9:00 PM on 10/14/25 and after the girl took my card to the far register at the front counter even though we were in the drive thru, and then seemed to take an eternity to give it back to me. Weird. So, while she is distracted by the high schoolers at the counter, we’re just waiting for what, I don’t know. ‍♀️ Finally we get our food and both the chalupas tasted cold and the shells were hard and extremely tough to chew. Maybe they were stale? This used to be a decent Taco Bell, but for the past several months it’s been really bad, especially in the evening.

The owner of this franchise needs to shake up this location. I waited 25 minutes in the drive through just to get to the window. Then the employee does not even look at me or make eye contact or say hello. Just hands me drinks. And leans over counter while someone else cooks the food. You pay your people to sit around while there 5+ cars stalled waiting for food?

All these people commenting about how bad this location is as if there’s some imaginary people at the top who care about Taco Bell. This is a hollowed out corporate shell of a company mixed with the current demographic willing to work at that location in that area. That the reality. Nobody cares about our complaints because we still choose to eat here. So this is where you get. The worst parts of corporate America mixed with people who hate working there.

Arrived in drive thru at 0202 and was asked to pull up to the front of the restaurant. Did not get informed about the wait time or how long it would take to get our food. We did not receive our food until 0225. There was never any apology for the wait once the food arrived. During our wait for our food we noticed other customers were pulled up as well. We witnessed angry customers beeping their horns and banging on the door asking about their orders. We witnessed the 2 workers cleaning the lobby and the outside of the store instead of prepping our food. When our food finally arrived my husband checked the bag and the food was lukewarm. I had requested extra ground beef on my nacho bellGrande and there was not any extra ground beef. I requested a soft taco supreme instead of a hard one and received a hard taco. We were given no straws for our drinks. By the time the employee brought our food to the car, he quickly went back inside without giving us an opportunity to request straws. Me and my husband didn’t want to wait another 20 minutes to get this resolved so we left. I would have requested a refund as the service and food was not satisfactory. I will not be returning to this location.

This Taco Bell experience was one of the best I’ve had. The service was nice and pretty quick for being busy at lunch. For $5-$6 you can get a good amount of food.
The tacos were warm and packed, the crunch wrap and chalupa were both made well with good portions and ratios of ingredients.

A bunch of fire sauce and a Baja blast and you can’t go wrong with it. The Doritos locos taco is worth the extra 50 cents btw.

Went through the drive-through around 10 AM today, and it took about five minutes to training anyone to answer through the intercom. They answered just when I was about to drive off, and then I put in my entire order. They took the order, and then said oh we actually don’t have any breakfast available at all today. So why did you take my order?
