Horrible food. How can they sell this type of chicken the is expired. When we opened and smelled the smells is nasty. This can’t not be acceptable we spending money and time after work to get home and find this nasty food. I will never buy at this location. Unacceptable. It’s Taco Bell… Fast food… You get what you pay for but that’s not the reason for my comment/ post/ review. Here’s the reason I gave this particular location a review, in one word, or better yet, name…
JASMIN!!!
Here’s the scoop. I placed a mobile order and requested to pick it up inside. Got there 2+ hours late to pick it up. After a warm and friendly greeting, Jasmim, not only knew the order was mine, but told me it was cold. It was obviously my fault for not having picked it up sooner. No questions asked…
Here’s the kicker… Jasmin said, “No worries… We’ll make you a new one.” In awe, I insisted it was fine. She went and spoke to someone, who I assume is a supervisor or manager, and in a nasty tone, I hear, “He should’ve picked it up hours ago.” I agreed it was my fault but Jasmin insisted on having a new one made for me.
You tell me, how often does that happen? How often does someone in food service, especially fast food, care about a customer to that degree, even when a higher up complained about it? For that, and that reason alone, I give kudos to this Taco Bell location.
If you’re in Old Town or near Disney, need a quick and/ or inexpensive bite, and want to go somewhere where someone gives a crap, ask for JASMIN…
Hopefully this review reaches the franchise owner and she gets the recognition she deserves. There are too few of her type left in hospitality and it’s sad that we’ve come to where we are now.

Wednesday 05/14/25 – around 1:42 pm. No receipt received because they don’t allow them to print from the kiosks and I never received one to my method of choosing, but I have my bank record to prove it to corporate when I send this their direction. What a disappointing lunch break!
Nope. Not how EDIBLE food should look. Don’t bother at this location. Lazy and untrustworthy decisions made here. You decided to give me extra nuggets because you wanted to hide the fact that most of them were burnt. Upon our exit, I did quietly leave the untouched burnt ones at the surface counter open-face in half the box it came in, because you should’ve never served the garbage nuggets in the first place. I also didn’t feel comfortable saying anything on site because your employees, every single one of them, was UNAPPROACHABLE. Not even interested in tacos here anymore.
Edited to add: even if you order “for here”, it all comes “to go” at this location. Not the vibe it used to be. And when we were dining in, some of the “staff” went over to a table and were getting friendly with random folks who were also dining, and this was between orders without handwashing. GROSS and not what the food industry is about. DO BETTER.

I come to this Taco Bell very rare, and every time I remind me self of why I don’t ! I ordered a cantina quesadilla which was made very sloppy , along with two cantina soft taco that were wet . In my mind I’m like I’m going back to get my refund but I just didn’t . I just won’t come to this taco bell again this was the straw to my decision . On top that service is very upsetting the food making it’s just too much.

Absolutely trash service. Had to wait freaking 15 minutes for ANYONE to get the damn drink I was waiting for. All employees kept ignoring me even though they directly looked at me. I don’t recommend this place.
I’m impressed they kept saying they were “short on staff” despite the fact a lady had enough time to stop and keep starting and me. Truly a one of a kind experience.

The food said it was ready but we had to wait 50 minutes in the drive through just receive it. An employee offered to hand us the food, but the manager threw a temper tantrum and told them to clock out. I guess the manager has nothing better to do than to harass their own employees and be annoying. Manager did not manage good and the fast food was not fast. Management needs to be fixed at this location

I apologize for my review. It seems that no matter time of day, the person that takes your order is in a very bad mood. I can’t comment on the atmosphere because I didn’t dine in. I’ve lived in the area for a while. This location is always a hit or miss.

My electric scooter. Wheelchair lost power. All I wanted was a place to plug it in for about 20 minutes. I would have paid over $20 for it. They wouldn’t even let me explain. Help me. I will never buy here again nor will my family and friends . Just rudeness to a handicapped over 60 year. Old women.
