I was looking for something light and quick to eat when I came across this food truck. I met Silvia, the owner and the one who cooks in the truck. She kindly told me they had pupusas, which surprised me because I didn’t expect to see them on the menu. I ordered an order of mixed pupusas (beans, cheese, and pork), and what a great surprise! They were absolutely delicious.
The pupusas were generously filled, the curtido wasn’t overly sour, and the sauce was thick and tasted like real tomatoes. The sauce actually took me back to El Salvador because it tasted just like the ones they make there, it tasted like home
