I almost didn’t come because of the reviews. Boy am I glad I ignored them!The boneless wings were amazing, I got original hot and lemon pepper. I also ordered fries with extra seasoning. My order was correct. Only hiccup was I ordered two ranch but only got one, I caught it at the window and the lady politely gave me the additional ranch and apologized. I will definitely be back!

I always order food and then get in the drive though. Its honestly a hit or miss at this location. Sometimes they will see you at the window right away and other times they do not notice you for minutes. The most i had to wait was probably 15 minutes. The employees are always nice and apologize right away for the unnecessary wait but the whole situation is just ridicules. One time i got my food but for some reason the fries tasted like carrots. I called them and let them know. The employee then says “Your fries taste like carrots?” By the time i said yes she hung up on me. I do not go to this location anymore.

I sent my daughter to pick up an order of wings tonight. Before she left, she asked the employee at the window if ranch was included in the bag, and he said yes. When she got home, we realized we had three full orders of wings with no ranch at all. I called the restaurant to fix the issue, but a woman placed me on hold for about 10–15 minutes and never returned to the line. I tried calling back several times with no answer. When I finally called from a private number, someone picked up.Tyler answered, and I explained the situation. I also told him the order was placed for pickup specifically because I did not want to use DoorDash. To get ranch through DoorDash, I would have had to place a new order and the cheapest item was a drink and with tip, delivery, and service fees it came out to about $11 just to get ranch, which is unreasonable.
He offered that I could get two ranches for free on another day, but that didn’t help because the issue was for the meal we already had. Wings without ranch isn’t much of a meal, and we didn’t have any at home.Overall, the customer service felt very dismissive and like no one really cared about resolving the problem. This experience was frustrating and disappointing

I ordered through the website. Our food was not ready when we arrived and the rep advised it would be 10 more minutes. After about 25 minutes, the rep returned and stated due to a miscount our food had to be redone. I went inside since we were in drive-thru, and I asked how much longer and boy did the attitudes surface. The black young lady slid the food across the prep counter, and threw the receipt. The white young lady was rude when I addressed the attitude of the black young lady and the issue with the fries being burnt. She states I’m not dealing with this and gets another mild mannered young lady, who attempted to fix the issue but the next batch was still burnt. I’m extremely disappointed and pissed, especially with this being my first time at Wingstop. I won’t be back. I hope their GM D. McManus sees this review as well others about the service and food quality.

My last visit before this one here was terrible. But this time they redeemed themselves. Food was ready when I came in. They were quick, and the young African American lady who was working the register was super nice and incredibly polite. This was Sunday afternoon around 1:00 p.m. November 15th I believe was the date.
So whomever that employee was I didn’t catch her name but I sincerely hope management sees this so they could at the very least give her some sort of “pat on the back” or at the very least just let her know that customers mentioned her specifically for great customer service.
The last time I came here I vowed never to come to this location again. However a family member ordered here without my knowledge, so I decided to let it go and come pick up the order anyway. And because of the way the employees had the store running and the young lady working the counter were so polite they’ve redeem themselves and I will visit this location again. If it hadn’t have been for her and the way the restaurant was running that day I may still be unwilling to come here. But this location has redeemed itself.

horrible customer service, ordered through the app didn’t receive my whole order of fries that I paid extra for and when I called the girl who answered was extremely rude cut me off multiple times and put me on hold before I could even finish my sentence. She then got off hold for the last time and told me that the manager who could issue my refund would be here Thursday and that I’d have to call back, I know how fast food and delivery works because I personally work in it. I was never saying that they made a mistake had no tone about my voice. I know that some drivers decide to take food out of bags. I just wanted my money back because I paid about seven dollars for an order of fries it was never personal and I genuinely hope that I actually get to speak to a manager on Thursday. Long story short never order through their app because they’re extremely rude and unprofessional if you really want Wingstop do it through DoorDash so they will actually correctly issue you a refund.

I wish I had never ordered food there. It was awful. I hadn’t even finished eating and my stomach already felt irritated. Hours later, we were sick, very sick, to the point of going to the hospital. It was the only thing different we had eaten in days. It felt greasy, to the point that everything looked wet and left grease everywhere. The French fries were burnt and hard, as if they had been reheated, as were the boneless chicken pieces, and the seasoning was extremely strong. It was a horrible experience, and I hope our health doesn’t get any worse.

In all honesty, I’m not the type to write a horrendous review, it’s kind of sad that this is me and my 7 year old son’s favorite place to eat on Sunday nights. However, I’ve been coming here for years now, and believe it or not for the most part this place was good when they first opened, but now it’s a sink hole of a business. Managment is careless, employees are ignorantly rude, no gloves are ever worn, and hair nets are never worn when I walk into this place. Literally just a dad and his son looking for good customer service and looking to eat some wings together and enjoy our night, but I guess me and my family will find a new wing spot in the future.

Placed an online order at 7:04 for 20 wings and a large order of fries and was given a ready time of 16 to 21 minutes. My husband arrived at 7:21 and they told him 10 more minutes. He didn’t get our order until 7:58. Absolutely ridiculous. I don’t even know what they taste like yet, but I already know it’s not worth that long of a wait.

Update: You seriously call this a wing??? This is a nugget!
