We took 6 people and tried a lot!
Pollo Bianco, Margherita, sausage and pepperoni pizzas. One suggestion..unless you like the taste of burned basil, leave it off. We added it but it wasn’t great
Gluten free crust was excellent, not too sweet.
Ceasar salad, bruschetta…all good!
Nutella calzone…I forgot the name…was delicious!
Service was stellar

By far my family’s favorite pizza place in Southern Utah. Having chairs to eat outside gives it the European ‘in the city’ feel. The selection of pizza is excellent. This place is always busy when we’ve been. The dough has a good flavor. They use authentic ingredients. Always a great time when we get the chance to dine in.

Yhe food was amazing!!! If you like a lot of heat the Dolce Diavola is incredible. We also got the almond creme cake that is pictured, and it was pretty good, but on the sweet side, so definitely something to share.

Centro is amazing! My dad and I had an amazing experience when we came here for dinner after our adventures at Bryce Canyon. The hostess greeted us with a very warm welcome and the atmosphere of the restaurant is inviting and friendly. We loved our waiter as well. The food was delicious. From the salads to the wood fired pizza, every bite was so good. Our waiter recommended building our own pizza with meatballs and mushrooms. This was hands down the best pizza I have had in awhile. When we return to Cedar City, we will definitely be coming back to Centro!

Excellent thin crust pizza (and some of the best gluten free crust we’ve ever had!) Service from Christopher was fantastic, ambience is relaxing and welcoming, and food is top notch. I also ordered the apricot salad with roasted chicken and it was fresh and delicious.

Oh you have to try the meatballs! Delish! You get to base ball sized meatballs drenched in red sauce. The pizza was good as well. We dipped the crust in the extra sauce at the prompting of our server. So good. We sat outside near the street under umbrellas. It was enjoyable.
