Horrible staff. Some male teenager took my order and then just left without saying anything and went to take out the trash while I waited wondering where he went.
If you don’t want to work simply quit!! No one is forcing you but don’t take it out on customers. Learn some manners man. He also was taking people’s orders and making drinks and didn’t even wash his hands after touching the trash !

I’ve lived here in ceres for more then 8 years, and when they finally opened this Walmart and I seen that there would be a Dunkin inside , I was so excited! I’ve been coming here for awhile, my go to items are the grilled cheese and the avocado toast , French crullers, maple bars, and when they offered the brownie batter donuts . For drinks I get iced caramel latte or the matcha iced latte or I’ll try any of there holidays drinks. Overall The staff here are very friendly , and they do take the time to make you feel at home. I love how they put in the effort to make sure each order is done correctly especially during rush hour. Everyone has different experience but this is my experience.

The service here is the worst I’ve ever seen from any other comparable business. I tried stopping by to get some glazed munchkins real fast with only 1 person in line. I waited patiently for about 10 minutes and they still weren’t able to get to me. I finally got tired of waiting and just left. The 2 people working didn’t even say anything; “be right with you” or nothing. The line backed up quite a bit after me. I’ve never experienced such a horrible wait or customer service at any starbucks or donut shop. The wait is ridiculous. Horrible horrible service speed. And this isn’t the first time I’ve waited so long, but it will be the last.

Needing new management. We waited over 10 minutes for a donut with my 2 year old just for the manager Salma to deny service to us. Luckily a walmart worker was near by and bought my daughter the donut that the rude, short tempered, and ditzy young manager denied her. She was upset I didn’t want to use the kiosk and used this as a way to deny service. If I ever see her I wont be taking my daughter for a donut ever
