I visited the establishment today, and the young lady who prepared my food dropped a piece of chicken on the counter and put it in my bowl. This should have not happened, and she knew better because it’s taught in the food handlers class. However, she made a decent bowl. The cashier didn’t listen as I wanted chips and queso, but she didn’t ring it up. This was an experience I’ll probably not return, but if I do, I’ll make sure to make sure my voice is heard next time.

I ordered two burritos online. Both burritos were way smaller than their typical size. One burrito was (I’m not even kidding) all rice and 3 pieces of chicken. That burrito was supposed to also have pickled onions, pico, sour cream, queso, lettuce, and salsa. The next burrito was mostly rice, some steak, but again no pico or lettuce.

Kelsey & a staff member stopped by our office with Chips and Queso one afternoon, so I ordered catering for a meeting later that week.
The hot bar was delivered hot and fresh (we had the option to have them set it up in warmers, but we declined as there was no need) Super friendly and professional – and right on time! The staff had lots of compliments on the food!

A request to the manager: charge more for the steak, and use less grisly meat.
Our experience in Memphis TN, we went to Qdoba all the time and the steak was much more meaty.
Our preparer was sloppy on the Sunday shift, but I think he may have been having a bad day.

Was there last night around 9pm. The staff was superb- they went above and beyond to help my friend and I the entire time. The food was great, there were some burnt parts of the chicken as well as the rice, but the guac and lettuce tasted super fresh! Thank yall so much!

Normally I love QDOBA prefer it over chipotle but my order should have been a bowl came as a burrito it’s honestly just disappointing especially after paying $25 bucks after delivery fees chips were ridiculously salty couldn’t even eat them.
