Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Good to see the Monterey Burger back on the menu. It truly is a good combination of peppers of greasy, cheesy beef. The service was faster than usual here tonight but the lobby could definitely use a clean up and the Tea was around 4 hours out of date. I’m glad I know to check these things before I drink from an urn from my prior experience as a fast food worker because I’m guessing the contents are pretty sour at this point. I was also surprised at how fast the drive through moved while I was dining. There were at least 9 cars taken care of in the time it took to eat my food, which says a lot about the team.

We love Whataburger, it’s my husband’s favorite! We went through the drive through and had the most professional person working. He was thoughtful and professional. Our food was delivered to us perfectly cooked and fast. The kitchen appeared clean. Very good customer experience.

Whataburger is always a flavorful delight and this one was no exception. Perfectly clean and food up to the expected quality. But what really stood out was the customer service by Kim. Despite it being mid afternoon, she put on a fresh pot of coffee just for my wife. It was my British wife’s first time at Whataburger and she was blown away by the care and attention of Kim, including cutting up the burger for us to split. First class!

I’m hoping that this just was a bad set of circumstances, but the visit did not go well. I waited over 20 minutes for my order, and the staff seem very stand off to the customers. It was almost as if they were doing us a favor by coming to work. The food was average, I have had better at other Whataburger restaurants. The register employee needs more training, he seemed confused, and not sure of himself. All in all this was not a great visit.

I loved it .. I got a patty melt and one other sandwich for later cause I couldn’t decide. The party melt was so filling I gave the other sandwich away. We don’t have this type of Whataburger where I’m from so I love to get it when I can. And they have these cups that have a nice hard lid. Should of got more.

This Whataburger in Gulf Breeze may be one of the older locations, but you’d never know it by how well it’s maintained. The restaurant was spotless inside and out, and everything felt clean, organized, and welcoming.
The staff were friendly and efficient, and our food came out hot and fresh. You can tell the team here takes pride in keeping the place running smoothly.

First time here. I’m from Texas customer service sucked. Not welcoming. Wasn’t friendly. Big guy walks up to cashier register wasn’t like hello. What can I get you.i was like wow! Food was over cooked. Hashbrowns crispy abd crunchy. Honey butter biscuit was fresh but didn’t put extra honey as I requested. Biscuits and gravy was awful. Not even hot. I’ll definitely not be back here. Floors sticky but trash cans.
