Wow, what an amazing place! Top tier from service, to food, to atmosphere, everything! We started with a Jinya Bun that we shared, it was super fresh! The bun was pillowy and sweet and the braised pork was tender and flavorful! We got both the Birria Ramen and the Chicken Wonton Ramen and both were outstanding! We will definitely be returning!

I finally tried JINYA Ramen Bar on Valentine’s Day. The vibe inside is modern and cozy and intimate, and the service was friendly and quick.
I ordered Tokyo Yatai Classic. The noodles were cooked perfectly. The portion size was also great. We also got some appetizers shrimp tempura, spicy tuna, brussel sprouts, and takoyaki.
Overall, great food, great atmosphere, and I’ll 100% be coming back next time I’m craving ramen.

Great local spot for date night, girls night, or with the kids! Daily happy hour specials and delicious cocktails are our faves—I highly recommend the yuzu margarita and salmon poké tacos! Came out here to celebrate my birthday and had a complimentary matcha tiramisu to end the evening. SO GOOD! And our server Jenny was amazing!

Hands down the best ramen I have had in Jersey!! We tried 3 types, Jinya Original, Spicy Chicken and Jinya tonkatsu black. They allow substituting pork with chicken for the ramen.. All were a-amazing!!! We also did Sake flight and cocktails.. again great! The reservation support, servers were gave us a great experience! Our server Natalie answered all our questions and provided some great recommendations. It can get busy at peak hours so reservations recommended. Other servers were warm friendly and always had a smile on their face which is a rare sight in many NJ restaurants.. I want to come here to really try all other options on the menu.. eyeing chicken wonton next

We ordered dinner from Jinya Ramen through Uber Eats and unfortunately our Uber driver forgot the fourth bag that had our second meal and the extra items we ordered. When we called the restaurant, we spoke with Chris, the store manager, who was incredibly helpful and understanding. He took the time to explain what likely happened and immediately offered to remake our meals so they would be fresh.
What really stood out was that Chris personally offered to hand-deliver the replacement order himself. That level of customer service truly went above and beyond and made a frustrating situation turn into a really positive experience.
We genuinely appreciate the care and effort he put into making things right. Because of that, we will absolutely continue ordering from Jinya Ramen. Highly recommend!

Might just be the best ramen you can get in north Jersey!
They give you the whole soft-boiled egg instead of just half, will win my heart every time. Great noodles and nice variety.
If you like spicy, lean higher on the 1-10 scale or you’ll be disappointed! They have extra spices available at the table if you didn’t guess it right and want to modify.
Beautifully decorated place and great music.
Servers are very nice, made a great impression!

This was our second visit to Jinya, Totowa and it was just as good as the first! Our waitress, Suzi, was so helpful and made the experience even better. The food was excellent, and the service was spot-on from start to finish. Definitely becoming one of our go-to spots.
