Now I had written this place off for good. But one late night I tried it and they had made a full turnaround this was probably over a year ago. Gave them another try to tonight. A bunch of kids playing and food is still cold even after sending it back. The girl gonna tell me the new fries just came out of the grease. Had to be the same fries. This is obviously a game to them. Probably some fries someone else sent back. That’s what I get for eating fast food. I don’t do it often and but when I do it’s still not worth it. Not a single napkin in the bag. Just shameful

The staff at this location keeps the doors closed, or at least at the time I came at 7 pm. I have no idea why but it’s very inconvenient searching all three doors just to find out they’re all locked and have to knock while my time as a truck driver is limited and all I have is 30 min to eat and keep rolling. The crap doesn’t stop there. As usual at McDonald and most fast food restaurants, they have only one job and one job only but they can’t do it correctly, making the orders wrong for me to find out after I had left with the food that the order was missing part of the ingredients included. But then they don’t want minimum wage..

On Sunday, July 6th, as my mother and I arrived at the McDonald’s location (address to be confirmed from receipt), the outside of the business was not in a suitable condition to approach safely. Several individuals, who appeared to be experiencing mental health crises, were loitering both outside and inside the restaurant. One individual even threw his food—specifically chicken nuggets—at my mother and me. When I confronted him, he stated he was dealing with mental issues.

Additionally, the area around the sidewalk was poorly maintained. Grass was missing in spots, leaving bare dirt that created an uneven walking surface. As my mother stepped off the sidewalk to approach the entrance, she fell due to the unstable ground. She sustained injuries to her foot, elbow, and knee. Several bystanders came to check on her.

I immediately asked to speak with a manager and requested that an incident report be completed. The manager handed me a blank piece of paper and instructed me to write a statement, stating that he would forward it to someone above him—possibly corporate.

I am requesting that this complaint and incident be properly documented and followed up on. I hope someone reaches out to my injured mother regarding this matter, as this experience was not only traumatic but also unacceptable given the condition of the property and environment.

I placed a mobile order as I was passing by this area and never again. I placed it before breakfast ends and they asked me to pull ahead and wait. I waited a good 20 minutes before a team member came out to give me the wrong order. I told her my order and gave her my order code. She returned back inside and came out again to tell me my order was given to the wrong customer and offered me a refund or asked if I would like something else but could not make any breakfast as it was now past breakfast hours. I denied any other order cus my kids have not had any breakfast. I just wanted my money after waiting so long. The team member assured me I could complete my refund thru the app and I drive away. I tried to do a refund on the app and lo and behold you can’t. I called the establishment and was told by a different team member if it was a mobile order I had to go back. I do not live close to this location. There is not a convenient time I could go back. From the reviews it seems like this is a constant issue.

Probably one of the slowest and worst locations I have been to. And I’m a truck driver driving all over the United States. My food is always missing something. I wait forever for it . The drive thru is terrible. Lights are not on at night . The location looks closed. Big time weed smell hits you when they open the window at drive thru. You always have to park and wait 15-20 minutes for a damn value meal.

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience I had at your location. As a longtime customer who typically appreciates consistency and speed at McDonald’s, I was extremely disappointed by the poor customer service, apparent lack of care for food quality, and a disturbing incident involving my meal that I feel compelled to bring to your attention.
1. Poor Customer Service
From the moment I walked into the restaurant, I was met with unwelcoming and dismissive attitudes from the staff. I waited several minutes at the counter before being acknowledged, and when I finally was, the cashier barely made eye contact, mumbled throughout the transaction, and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them by simply placing an order. There was no greeting, no smile, and no appreciation for my business. The employees behind the counter seemed more interested in their personal conversations than assisting customers, which is completely unacceptable in any customer-facing business.
2. Unacceptable Food Quality
When I received my order – a Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese – I noticed immediately that it was hastily assembled and visually unappetizing. The bun was squashed, the cheese wasn’t melted, and there was a noticeable mess of condiments spilling out of the wrapper. Even more concerning was the lukewarm temperature of the food, which made me question whether it had been sitting out or under a heat lamp for too long before it was handed to me. If McDonald’s is going to promote its “hot and fresh” guarantee, then this meal was the exact opposite.
3. Disturbing Foreign Object in Food
Most alarming of all, I discovered a piece of parchment paper—presumably the separator sheet used between frozen meat patties—still inside my sandwich, wedged between the two beef patties. This is not just a quality control issue, but a potential health hazard. Consuming inedible packaging materials can pose a serious risk, especially to children or those with certain medical conditions. This kind of mistake demonstrates a severe lack of care and attention to food preparation standards in your kitchen. Had I taken a bite without noticing, I could have choked.
4. General Cleanliness and Store Management
In addition to the poor food and service, the dining area was dirty and disorganized. Tables were sticky, trash cans were overflowing, and no staff members appeared to be addressing the mess. This further reinforced my impression that management at this location is failing to uphold basic operational standards.

Quite possibly the absolute worst establishment I have ever been in. The place was absolutely disgusting. An elderly gentleman came in while I was waiting for my food, and asked one of the workers (older white guy, dressed like a manager) if they could take his order at the register because he didn’t know how to use the kiosk. The guy walked off and said “nope” very rudely. I helped the guy out. I get being short handed but have some compassion. The guy who I assume is the manager threw my food up on the counter, and was shaking his head the entire time like he was frustrated with being there. Hang it up! To the owner of this location: get a new manager.
