More surprising was the managers response. I’m not looking to have my feet kissed or door held open. A simple, hey man I’m sorry would’ve sufficed. Even the cashier shook his head. Of course, a manager blaming corporate and throwing his hands in the air. Be better!

I asked for the 5 dollar meal deal and smartass wouldnt just offer it to me unless I specifically asked for the “duo”. Even AI knows what the 5 dollar deal is at Burger King. REGARDLESS wither or not I asked for the duo. Perhaps, instead of winning the argument you could’ve just done my order. Horrible customer service I was there at 5:27pm so your manager can see who was the person on drive threw.
