We had such a great experience at JINYA Ramen Bar, and a huge part of that was our bartender, Josh. He was absolutely incredible — so knowledgeable about the menu and genuinely took the time to walk us through everything we ordered. Every suggestion he made was spot-on.
We tried the spicy chicken ramen, crispy chicken tacos, and spicy tuna tacos, and every single dish was delicious. Josh also made us lychee martinis that were amazing — perfectly balanced and refreshing.
Beyond the food and drinks, Josh was so personable and welcoming, and he truly elevated the entire experience. Service like that makes all the difference, and we’ll definitely be back!

Wonderful experience from start to finish from the moment we sat down to getting up to leave we had a wonderful time at jinya even though a slight mix up of food quantity our server Seher made sure to correct it instantaneously and made sure to confirm with us everything was perfect. the night was wonderful especially due to the amazing service of our server she made sure we had the best experience eating here. The food as well was quite delicious and that’s an understatement. I will make sure to come again, we had an amazing night

My bartender Jackson was so kind and charming. He explained the menu and even let me know about a secret menu! I obviously just had to try that! He took a lot of time and care to explain the menu, asked me about my allergies, and helped me customize my ramen to absolute perfection! The food was delightful and I left having a much better day than when I walked in. This is the only ramen I have found in Fort Collins that reminded me of San Francisco’s food. And Jackson’s kindness really helped turn my day around and I will 100% come back and bring my friends. 10/10 bartender and epic service! The new bartender on shift Josh, was also super awesome and kind as they changed shifts.

The food was so good! From the small plates and apps to the ramen. The mocktails were beautiful and delicious also. I highly recommend the matcha lychee lemonade, the potstickers, and the ramen tonkatsu black. The spicy vegan ramen is also tasteful with the seasoned egg added and chicken substituted instead of the tofu.

Joshua, at the Fort Collins location on College, was a fantastic server and bar tender! He was considerate, knowledgeable, respectful, and very professional. He explained the menu and made the perfect recommendations. The manager of the restaurant was incredibly sweet and so very attentive! It was my son’s birthday and she made sure he got a birthday dessert (Matcha Tiramisu, which was delicious) at the end! It was a great experience with fantastic food and drinks and wonderful staff in a very cool environment! We will definitely come back! Thank you guys for everything!

We LOVED our whole experience. Lex & Christy were phenomenal and so so kind, along with the rest of the staff of course. Food & drinks were an absolute 10/10! We got the Lycheetini, Smokey Wokashi Old Fashioned, Brussels Sprouts Tempura, Tonkostu Red and Black and the Matcha Tiramisu . I can’t wait to come back 🙂

Bear with me, but when I was a youth ambassador at the World Expo in Dubai, I would spend all my lunch breaks at the Japanese Pavilion, where Japan had hired authentic chefs to make Ramen, sushi, and more for guests. Now as a boring adult, I live in Fort Collins where I’ve been on a quest to find the most authentic, delicious ramen possible.
I’ve officially settled on Jinya. It is SO good – rivaling Japan’s own food. The atmosphere is impeccable and the service is stellar. Today I had Mathew as my server, who was kind, fast, funny and really attentive in a special way. I even got to speak to Jeff, the owner, which was a special treat. Please – stop by and grab a bite to eat or order one of their delicious drinks. It was so good I even forgot to take more photos.

I love this place so much the food is amazing and the ramen is packed with flavor! Our waitress was great too her name is Seher and she had amazing recommendations for the Birria ramen and the spicy creamy v ramen so definitely get those when you come in! Also amazing deserts and fun drinks that taste good too!

Teriyaki eggplant is our fav starter. Impossible meat gyoza was not a great app.
Flying Harvest ramen was a great vegan choice. I got the birria ramen which was a nice fusion meal but I’ll get a more traditional one next time.
Matcha tiramisu dessert was nice and light, a good one to split and not feel gross.
Mocktails were good and actually cheaper than real cocktails, which should be a standard and is not. I truly appreciated that. J.Girl was great and my partner loved the matcha lemonade thingy
Venue is a bit loud so I’ll aim to sit at the tables at the back wall next time, they seemed slightly quieter
