Had a quick stop at McDonald’s and the service was fast and friendly. The food came out hot and fresh, fries were crispy, and the place was clean. The staff seemed well organized even during rush hour. Great spot for a quick bite.

Went in at 10:20 to grab from breakfast menu. I received my drink w/ NO ICE AT ALL.
This is the only location that does this regularly. I will not be back. I eat once a day and will just stay where my patronage is appreciated. Warmest day in 3 months. Bad business practice w/o having signage if a machine or plumbing is out…

Karla was so kind to make my order over. I almost got into a car accident and I lost my food after picking in it up. I came back to the store explained what happened and was willing to pay for a new order, but she was kind enough to just to remake it. I really appreciate that.

Came for the McRib, and it did not disappoint. We ordered in the app and chose table service. The orders came out quickly and were perfect and delicious. They don’t have a drink refill station, but I was able to get one at the counter. The employees were friendly and attentive. Coke Zero was crispy. Used the mobile app for free fries and $1 soda, then used points for free frappes. I highly recommend this location.

People there are very rude. Sunday morning workers. Asked for 2 meals of number 2, proceeded to give me one. Charged me 2 coffees when I asked for 1. After correcting the order she said it was too late and had to put an order at the window. Ignored me at the window after interrupting me. Next window lady fixed the order but was still rude with an attitude. Also asked for 3 creams and sugar and gave me straight black coffee. Have all of them removed. Let there be lessons learned. If you cant work at a simple McDonald’s right, you shouldn’t work anywhere. Get better workers and you will get more customers. Dont come here.

I spent eating in this place before leaving for work, the truth is I didn’t like the treatment of the employees who were in the place they gave me a terrible service I ordered online to eat at the restaurant. The cashier reluctantly gave me the food, she gave me my coffee black, she didn’t offer me sugar or milk, when I realized that it was pure, I came back and asked her for sugar and milk that she reluctantly gave it to me. I left it like that and sat down to eat quietly, when I had already finished and I was leaving the restaurant I approached the counter to order more coffee, I felt so bad and uncomfortable to be standing and that none of the 2 cashiers who had asked me if I needed something I paid for everything I did not ask for it for free to be treated like that, a gentleman who was there when he saw that no one attended me offered himself and asked me if I needed something and I said yes please give me more coffee and they gave it to me they just They looked like they were angry, the truth is I don’t think I’ll go back to this place in the morning they have employees, who are there as if they had been forced to work they don’t give a good customer service the truth I’m disappointed that they are like that but well.

The whole establishment is trash, check your drinks & food before consuming it. I had someone get extremely upset & made a huge fuss over something small, I told her plastic was in my Carmel Frappe, I actually whispered it so other customers don’t get alarmed, I feel she did it on purpose & felt caught bc there’s no way she should’ve reacted soo unprofessional. The whole drive thru & frappe makers are to be WATCHED ! I WAS NOT THE ONLY PERSON TO COMPLAIN ABT THEIR ORDER, 3 people to be exact all came back with an complaint literally whole bag of food.

The food and service at this McDonald’s were fine, and using the drive-through to pick up a mobile order was an easy experience. However, there was a homeless individual approaching and knocking on my car and others around the restaurant, including near the pickup window, and staff did not address the situation. Due to safety concerns, I will not be returning.

This is the 3rd time ive been to this location and a worker is rude to me. I guess it’s because I’m black. Please do better. The women at the window needs some customer service training. I completely understand that you look out for your own kind but this isn’t the environment for that behavior. I seen her speak to the women ahead of me with respect then throw my receipt in my vehicle and say have a nice day. 2 days in a row. All while I have a camera running on my vehicle.
