I went to Jersey mikes for the first time and the staff were quite nice however I ordered a chicken philly sub, Tuna mini sub, and turkey and provolone. The other two sandwiches seemed fine since they prepared it in front of me. The hot sandwich however was not. What I got was a beef philly sub. I am allergic to beef, and I used to be hindu so I wasn’t really sure what I was eating at first. I noticed they marked 17 on my sandwich and when I looked it up on their website, I learned what it was. I’m paid in cash and didn’t receive a reciept so I didn’t bother going back to get the like 10 bucks the sandwich cost. Over all the people were nice… Just make sure you double check what sandwich they give you, or you’ll be guzzling milk of magnesium of like me.

I went in on 1/7/26 at 5:20pm and had the best fast food experience of my life. The staff treated me like a person, going as far as asking me about fun future plans and my career. I had a relatively difficult order and the sandwiches came out perfect. I cannot speak enough praise about the staff working that evening. I will certainly be back.

This is just like any other Jersey Mike’s, but staff here was exceptionally friendly. Jersey Mike’s is my favorite fast food sandwich chains because the meat and cheese tastes fresh and even the GF bread is decent for being GF. Plenty of parking here. Service was fast.

Love me some Jersey Mike’s. This facility has better seating than our closest Jersey Mike’s. Food is consistent and delicious. They have a really good nutrition calculator if you’re watching your intake. I personally love the turkey, tuna, and veggie sandwiches .

The first time I go here is the last I will ever. My husband and I got three sandwiches that got us sick and gave us constant diarrhea. It didn’t settle in our stomach well and it hurts really bad. I dont know if the people there didn’t clean the grill well or something but I highly recommend to not go here. They don’t make their food in good quality.

I don’t recommend ordering ahead especially if you’re on a time crunch. Takes triple the time it would take to just go in and order. Defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. Not sure why they have a “promised” pick up time if you don’t get it until 20 minutes after that. Needless to say I won’t be making that mistake again. I literally sat in my car and watched them service a line of 10 people faster than they made my sandwich. Called the store to make sure they didn’t lose my order they said “we will be out in a couple minutes” 15 minutes goes by.

I don’t love it when they take it upon themselves to add 1.3lbs of onion to my sandwich when I did not order it and I’m allergic. I contacted them about it, and they’ve done literally nothing. This location sucks.

Employees working at the Woodbury Jersey Mike’s are very friendly very and efficient in their job. The issue is, as with every place, the prices keep rising and the meat/cheese slices seem to be thinner then the sandwich 2 years ago. What was a twice monthly visit is now once every 2 months
