We’re new to Springboro and got a few mailers for the area shortly after moving in. One of those was for a free, one-topping pizza at Jet’s. Not wanting to travel 30 minutes to our favorite pizza place, we decided to give Jet’s a try.
We placed a pick up order for a sausage pizza, Jet’s bread, and a bottle of their ranch dressing. We were told it would take approximately 20 minutes. I showed up 20 minutes later and our order was ready and waiting for us. The associate that processed my payment was courteous, went over my order to ensure I was getting what I ordered, and thanked me for stopping by.
The pizza and Jet’s bread were really good. The ingredients seemed really fresh and the flavor was spot on. The ranch dressing was a nice addition to the pizza.
We will definitely be returning in the near future. I highly suggest Jet’s if you’re in the mood for Detroit-style pizza!

Good pizza! Was tasty & well made. Service was pretty quick & polite. Price is a bit high. Quality & serving size doesn’t add up to the prices. 2 small pizza & a salad $50.

Beware!! I’m traumatized!! Can’t make this up and I ❤️ Jets Pizza Springboro, OH was our go to! We drive past 7 pizza chains to get to Jets. BEWARE Review pictures! Last night 10/11/2020 sometime after 7:15pm we pick up our order and arrived at home to chow down on some of my favorite deep dish pizza. We always get the 8 corner deep dish & a salad. The salad was delicious but of the pizza I ate 1 and a half pieces. Bf ate a few pieces no issue… That we know of… HAVE YOU EVER BEEN STABBED IN THE MOUTH BY A STAPLE WHILE CHEWING JETS PIZZA? I instantly called requested a manager to speak with, a gentleman who I’m told might of been the actual manager answered transferring me to a lady named Madison, who took my call stating she was the manager on duty tonight 10/11/20. I told her of the issue. A STAPLE in my PIZZA she began to nervously giggle and apologize profusely. Then she began offering a credit of $29. and some change. I exhausted was like ok I believe you it could of easily fell in my pizza and been baked in the dough…(Still questioning is this even happening?). Bf was like it’s your luck, I’m sure other pieces remaining are fine. No worries he is currently traumatized by the entire situation. Eventually believing all is well, there couldn’t be more it was a 1 time case situation. They staple receipts to pizzas all the time, it’s never been an issue I had been assured by Madison, Manager on duty Springboro, Jets Pizza 10/11/20. I put the pieces left in fridge throwing out my staple ridden slice. The next day 10/12/2020 I figure ok let’s try this again sounds like a good lunch. I reheat the pizza cause I’m over worked and exhausted and there is nothing else appetizing in my fridge. I prepare myself by examining the remaining pieces. I go ahead and pop in oven to heat up. I can’t make this up! Review Pics. More STAPLES in my 1st bite!!! Baked in!!! I am so dissatisfied and will not be returning. Owner should know what is happening. There is no excuse. I have punctured inside lining of my mouth! BEWARE FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY! I have been unable to locate any email to personally contact owner. Please Contact me.

We love Jet’s Pizza, especially the eight corner custom pizza. Each half can be designated with meat, veggie, cheese, and sauce variations…no more fights about what kind of pizza to order. Friendly staff, efficient and accurate preparation. We drive ten miles each way just to enjoy this carry out!

Very disappointed with my experience. The food quality was poor, and I noticed the cook was preparing food without wearing gloves. This is not only unsanitary but also concerning for customer safety. I hope this is addressed immediately to prevent future issues. A waste of 60$

Thank you Jets in Springboro for looking out for people with special dietary orders. It wasn’t very clear on the menu so I didn’t know that what I ordered wasn’t completely gluten free. This thoughtful gesture is very much appreciated!

This was the best pizza I’ve eaten in many many years. I was absolutely in love at first bite! ❤️ AL is the best pizza person ever! They hipped me out to the 4 corner pepperoni and I’ll never look at pizza the same! The ingredients were top notch and the sauce was delicious! I can’t believe I’ve never eaten here before! If you are on the fence, just know, this pizza is a foodies dream. It was life changing! ❤️

We’ve never been here, and we called in our order. They have amazing customer service. The deep dish pizza is delicious! The cheese, sauce and crust is perfect!
