I decided to go to this chick fil a location even after seeing all of the horrid reviews and low and behold this is what I get. I added photos from two previous visits. One time no bun how do you mess up that bad!? After a few more times I went and got no chicken!?? CHICK FIL A DO BETTER. overall horrible experiences

Just spent 45$ at this Chick-Fil-A in Fountain, CO (7925 Fountain Mesa Rd.) and got half of my order when I got home…my daughter didn’t get her 5 piece nuggets…only two tenders that were not fresh at all and were very hard and rubbery. My wife only got her kale salad side and no entree… this is insane. Now I have to waste gas driving back and getting some kind of refund. Everybody, please check your food before you leave any fast food restaurant! The staff is nice but they need to be making sure everything is in these bags so they don’t get a bad reputation.

We stopped for supper here and found a good place to eat, we were welcomed when we stepped in and did not have to wait to order, our order was brought out in good time and the food was good and also hot. No complaints from any of us. The staff was very nice and the service great, even as late as it was they stayed busy and kept up with everything. The drivethru stayed busy also while we were there so it makes me think that I am not the only one that thinks it is a good place to eat

Disappointing. There was no line, no one in front of me or behind me, no one in the mobile lane, it didn’t seem busy in the drive thru. I never really check my order when leaving the drive thru because they are so efficient. Not today, someone didn’t have their morning coffee

Continued inability to make items correctly. This is at least the 4th time in as many times getting food that the at least one item is messed up. The wrap isnt even half full. If you have a shortage of an ingredient, or just dont care just say it people shouldnt have to WASTE their money to determine that you don’t care about what you do.

My husband and I visited Chick-fil-A for dinner and to let our two five-year-olds enjoy the indoor playground. While we were waiting for our food, our son and daughter went in to play. There were already other children inside.
A few minutes later, my son came out to check if our order was ready. Shortly after that, my daughter came down the slide crying. Once we calmed her down, she told us that a little boy had cornered her in the play car, wouldn’t let her leave when she asked, covered her mouth when she tried to call for us, and told her she wasn’t allowed to scream — even threatening to “rip her head off” if she did. She was absolutely terrified.
I waited a few minutes to see if the child would come down so I could speak with a parent, but when that didn’t happen, I informed the manager.
I am very pleased to say that the management team handled the situation immediately and professionally. They took the concern seriously and addressed it right away, which I truly appreciated as a parent. Their quick response made a difficult situation much easier to navigate.

Staff can’t spell and they messed up my order. But the managers are great. The kids seem clueless. Asked for no bacon, it’s on the tag, and they put it on anyways. They also made the wrong flavor milkshake and spelled my name wrong after spelling it three times.

Good customer service everyone is so polite and friendly. Please next time I say no cheese I’ll have to open the sandwich. The wrapping says no cheese but my dad’s sandwich had cheese he’s lactose intolerant. Really disappointed

I ordered kids meal. Anyone tell me if 18 month child can feed on this chicken that has dark charcoal pieces-everywhere on it!!! I believe this restaurant is aware of this issue and i think it is best that they fix this for customers that consume such products.
This is my third time! Not just at this location but 2 other branch locations! I wonder if they are not cleaning their grills..¿! I will be returning this chicken for the money i paid for. #Not satisfied

I honestly really hate giving Chick-fil-A such a crappy rating. The last 5+ times my family and I have done their mobile-thru we’ve either had a single item or once an entire meal missing, even straws were needles in a haystack most of the time as well.

The other issue, and I believe this one is in dire need of attention. The drink lids, I’m not sure about the small and medium sizes, but the largest. The lids do not sit well on the cups themselves. I will pull out of the drive thru the slightest bump which in that area, (anyone in the Springs knows Safeways parking lot is horrid), the slightest bump knocked all 4 lids off and spilling some of the liquids from each all over my wife’s lap.

I’ve never seen this franchise at such a low it seems. I’ve never ran into these issues from a Chick-fil-A. I mean no disrespect, but it could be so much better.
