Never disappointed with Chikfilet. Stopped here for a chicken pieces and s drink. I had to take a picture of the Christmas lights in the drive-thru. Very festive.

Normally Chick-fil-A is known for being fast and accurate… unfortunately, that was not our experience this time.

We ordered a milkshake and a drink, left the restaurant, and drove all the way home only to realize we were given the wrong drink. We had to make an entire second trip back just to get what we originally ordered.

Mistakes happen, but when you’re paying premium prices for fast food and convenience, the least you expect is the correct order especially for something as simple as a drink. The extra drive, time, and gas completely defeated the purpose of stopping here in the first place.

Very disappointing experience from a place that usually does better.

Meh…I don’t know why people get so excited about this place. It’s mediocre at best. It used to be good, but I think greed has gotten the better of Chick-fil-A. Sandwiches are small and the price is astronomical. Crazy that it’s $20 for two plain chicken sandwiches, small fries and a drink. The parking lot is a nightmare at this location unless you’re in a smart car.

What can I say. We have been staying at Ocean Lakes in Surfside Beach allot and this is our go to place for great food and fastest service and of course their employees. Beats all others in the fast food biz. So if your in the area stop by you will not be disappointed!!!!

They’re always pretty good. The guy working the front today, I believe he said his name was Talib, is an impressive worker. I swear he was doing 4 things at once. Didn’t seem stressed at all. Just getting things done

I use to love CFA!!! I can no longer afford to eat here. Food quality is still good, not exceptional but good. Thought they gave me the breakfast portion of chicken on my sandwich instead of the normal sandwich size portion. Will not be going back.

Really sad how the standards of employees and their appearance have gone down hill. I never expected to be going to a Chickfila and the employees have more face piercings then a rock music player. Oh how we have gone left. The new sodas are nothing to get excited about either.
