Today I had picked up an order for my wife that she had made through Uber eats and it needed to picked up at this location. When I had gotten there I told the cashier I’m here to pick up an order from Hannah I clearly had told him this… He then hands me the order and I paid. It was later discovered I had picked up the wrong order when I had gotten home and that the order she had made on Uber eats she already paid for… My wife then decided to head over back to this location and asked for the orders to be swapped with the correct one and returned the old one… The same cashier that was working behind the counter that I had received the order from earlier in day then decided to make insults about me “not being all there” and basically blame me being the incompetent one in picking up the wrong order cause apparently it is my job not his to provide myself the correct order … my wife then requested to receive a receipt for the refund for the order that I had paid for at which time the cashier refused to give it to her, at which time she insisted on getting proof of the refund being processed… which he then asked her to leave the establishment …. Listen per policy that kind of request is non-negotiable regardless if you like the request or not you WILL provide the receipt with the policy of the refund to the customer…. He then decided to hold open the door and told my wife “then go ahead and call 911 ..now leave!” as someone that works in law enforcement THIS IS NOT A POLICE MATTER this is professionalism issue, a business ethics issue, and a management issue. The picture your about to see is the manager/cashier that decided to disrespect my wife and myself the CUSTOMER as well… this is not how you run a business unless you are allergic to returning customers…. And the pizza he gave my wife after this whole show he put on was old and also cold which I’ll also provide in the photo section as well …

Called at 9:30pm to place a order for delivery. No one picked up the phone. Tried to place the order online, but the website said my home was too far away even though it’s only 2 miles away. I tried to call again at 10pm to see if I could place a order for pick up, and the phone said “Thank you for calling Marcos Pizza. Sorry but our store is now closed”. Your company website says you are supposed to open until 11pm. It is currently 10pm. This is ridiculous.

We loved the Pizza and the customer service that we received. I read some bad reviews about the customer service, but based on my experience all I can say is that the service was excellent. We enjoyed the pizza and definitely will go there many more times.

The staff member at the front (Lea) appeared frustrated (so rude) and her demeanor came across as highly unfriendly, which negatively impacted the experience. Additionally, when I inquired about using the restroom, I was informed that it was out of order.

We have been going here for about a year and until a month ago everything was delicious! Last month we got a bad pizza, but never said anything thinking it was just an “off” night. Well, that couldn’t be further from the truth because our pizza last night was HORRIBLE, so bad that we tossed the entire XL pizza in the trash! We ordered extra cheese, but there was not extra cheese on it and there was barely any sauce. The pizza was room temperature after driving just 7 minutes home and appeared to be an old pizza that was sitting on the rack in the store. Definitely not freshly made! Trying to bite into it was like chewing cardboard because it was old and dry. I tried to speak with a manager, but there was not one there. I was told to drive the pizza back to get a refund, but I told them I would not and requested that the manager call me back. It’s now 24 hours later and I have not spoken with a manager. Shows you how much they care about customer service!

Edited to add: While the “owner” replied to this review, I still have not received a return call from the store manager. Marco’s Pizza, I will not be returning…I will not be returning and will spread the word about just how TERRIBLE your pizza is! 2 strikes and no follow-up call from the manager, you are OUT!

8/20/24 UPDATE: Still no reply from the owner or manager regarding the horrible pizza. Their lack of response speaks volumes…they really don’t care.

We started ordering pizzas from Marco’s Pizza two months ago.
The large pepperoni Magnifico Pizza for $9.99 is delicious and at a great price. We also ordered the chicken wings. I love them, too. There delivery service is fast. We have ordered from Marco’s at least three times and every order is delivered very fast. I recommend you try Marco’s.

Tonight was my first time ordering with Marco’s and I must say that my family and I are very pleased with the thoroughness of information given considering it being our first time. Our pizza arrived in a timely manner and it was as if they just pulled it out of the oven. We enjoyed it!!! To top it off we received a follow up call to ensure that we pleased with our order considering it was our first time. I can say that they are top notch. I don’t recall ever getting a follow up call when being a first time customer. That alone says a lot to me . Happy first time customer
