Dinner was fabulous. Such great food! Good show by the cooks. Was weird that half the party left after they ate. However because we stayed for dessert. They reset half our table and totally confused the new chef to the table. Wait times were long. However still pleased with our experience

The food was wonderful! Our cook was funny and entertaining while cooking our meal.
Sushi and appetizers were yummy as well.
Only negative I will say is I don’t think it should be a $2.95 upcharge to have fried rice instead of steamed rice.

We enjoyed the meal very much. The chef at our table was entertaining, had an excellent sense of humor, and asked many questions to be sure the seasonings, sauces, etc. were all to our liking. They were very busy so we had a long wait to get our hibachi. We also had sushi and it was EXCELLENT! The restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly.

We went for a second time tonight. Arrived at 6:38 pm and we had a party of 7. I went put our names down, after 1.5 hours we asked how much longer and they said they were ready to seat us. We wanted hibachi and they were sitting us at a regular table they told us it would be another 45 min wait. So we waited because the kids really wanted the hibachi experience. They brought us a plate of crab Rangoon’s to apologize which was very nice.
But we basically waited almost 2.5 hours.
Our server was great and very sweet. She put in our order and when everything started coming out she brought us our sushi. They sat another party of 5 with us and put their sushi on one of our sushi plates. The server came back and took one of our plates to separate the sushi but the other sushi roll we had already taken a bite out of. Mind you we ordered 5 different rolls so we didn’t know which was which. Later the server told us she would pay for the mix up of those two rolls. My wife and I were bartenders and servers for 7 years no way a server should pay for a mistake the kitchen made. My wife told the server that if she was going to pay for it from her own money just to add it to our bill. She did charge us for it, which oh well we rather pay then have a poor server take it out of her tips. We brought a 14 month old and ordered an adult hibachi plate for our son ( 7 years old) $27.95 and asked to share a small plate with a baby (14 months old) and they charged us $8.95 +2.50 for a sharing fee with a baby.
Honestly this time we were beyond disappointed. Unfortunately we probably will not be going back or giving them our buisness again.

The sushi was great and the building is beautiful. Could use some lights outside at night cause the parking lot is really dark but glad Franklin finally got a new restaurant that’s good.

Our first time at Osaka Sushi & Steakhouse. The place was packed. We were greeted immediately & told we could sit at the bar or wait for a table. We took seats at the bar. Server arrived shortly after we’d had enough time for a look at the menu. We ordered four appetizers for the two of us to share. Crab rangoon, shrimp tempura, salt & pepper calamari and spring rolls. It all came out quickly & we enjoyed thoroughly! We enjoy sitting at the bar at places like this. Not your standard bar seating, being a sushi bar. We had a great time watching the Itamae’s work. See photos. The food, service & atmosphere was great, we will be back!

Great Hibachi. Good food, friendly chef, and the servers were on top of the drinks or anything else needed. They heard it was my toddlers birthday and brought him a huge slice of cake and sang to him which was a pleasant surprise to me!
