This McDonald’s is consistently disappointing. Even when the drive-thru is completely empty, you’re forced to wait 5–10 minutes before anyone comes to the window. If you place a mobile order, there’s a real chance they either forget it or make you wait even longer while they “find” it.
The food quality is worse. The burgers are often cold, the buns taste stale, and the fries are never fresh just cold and limp. I’ve given this location multiple chances hoping it was just an off day, but it’s been the same experience every time. At this point, it’s just gross and not worth the money.

3 star rating is too much for this location… the wait times are extremely long especially thru the drivethru. When you drive up you see the employees fooling around and some look confused as to what their job duties are, if you ask why so long they catch an attitude. Who is managing this location?!?!?

Drive-thru attendant was rude and couldn’t be bothered. Rushed me through my order when I was the only car and had to correct her multiple times. When handing me my food she was on the phone with her friend on speakerphone. I tried to say “have a great night” but got the window closed in my face. Found out later she gave me diet root beer instead of regular and the bun was hard and stale. My bar is already low for McDonald’s but damn this one sucks.

Place is gross. Been there multiple times where there was no soap in the bathroom. How are employees washing their hands? Consistenly sit in the drive thru for 5+ minutes and wait another 10 for your food just for it to be cold. You get skipped in the drive through all the time as well. Been to other locations and they are all fine, this one has sucked for years.

Stopped with a friend. A completely empty drive-thru at lunchtime… Ordered two large fries with a request for fresh. ( Absolutely necessary at this location. ) Was noted on the receipt as a ‘special order’. Was promptly handed a bag with two under-filled, lukewarm, limp fries. Really? Thanks again Forks location, at least you are consistent!

We’ve ordered food from here a few times through the drive thru, and as much as I would like to leave a bad review for a McDonald’s, I just can’t for this place. Our service here has always been good if not great.
Last time we came I ordered ice cream on the cone. They ended up being out of cones so they gave me the ice cream for free in a cup. Nice!

There’s always been issues here for my mom and I. The service is horrible, the manager will snap at you and won’t let you answer, and the food is always inconsistent. This is probably the worst McDonald’s within the whole Lehigh Valley.

Food is shrink flated and sucks. Don’t eat here go litterally anywhere else. Unless of course you want cold food that you pay more for. Drive the extra 2 miles downtown and process will be 25 percent less. Also if you speak English bring a translater because I was not able to understand enough to order food. Had to use the robot screen.
Update. How is it even legal to serve this and then when asked to replace be told oh well its food deal with it.

I’m begging for new owners to correct the Forks TWP drive through.
I had a simple order today large unsweetened ice tea and a QP with cheese. I get it sweetened with cheese. It was even correct on the drive through monitor.
