I cannot say enough amazing things about **Pizza Ranch**! Every single time I go, it’s a fantastic experience from start to finish. The food is always fresh, hot, and constantly being replenished. The pizza is loaded with toppings, perfectly cooked, and there’s such a great variety that everyone can find something they love. And let’s talk about the chicken — absolutely delicious! Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and seasoned perfectly.
The salad bar is fresh and well-stocked, the sides are comforting and flavorful, and the dessert pizzas are next-level good. It’s impossible to leave without trying at least one sweet slice!
Beyond the food, the staff truly makes this place shine. They are friendly, attentive, and go above and beyond to make sure guests feel welcome. The dining area is clean, organized, and has such a warm, family-friendly atmosphere.

Even though it was a very, very busy night, the staff did their best to maintain composure, kept food stocked and area cleaned up to keep customers happy. A strong work ethic was evident across the board. There was ice cream on floor, no forks, low food levels and a line out the door. But I never heard one staff complain or speak ill to any customers. They just kept working till all issues got taken care of. Very impressed.

My kids love to go here but the last 3 or 4 times weve gone during what should be fairly busy times. Each time recently its been very dead, pizzas has been out for to long in my opinion and food was below the normal quality of fresh. Not sure what changed but Its definitely affecting patronage.

Visited on Valentine’s Day evening. They were super slammed, long line but they handled it well. Buffet was being refilled, they managed the open tables to keep things moving, and friendly attentive staff clearing plates. They made the best of a hard busy night. Props to the management and staff

Party of 4 and we all loved our food! I would go back to this location for sure when we visit Springfield again! Food was fresh and nice variety! Salad, pizza, chicken, and ice cream are some of the highlights! Everything was clean and employees were friendly and helpful! Definitely recommend for kids! Drinks are included with the cost so that is an even better deal! Thank you for a great meal!

It’s a pizza buffet with a legit old school arcade;!! Such an amazing place! And the staff were top notch incredible! It was our first time ever going to a Pizza ranch. The buffet was impeccable, very clean stuff is attentive items were filled promptly. When we first got there at the register we were informed because pick whatever Pizza we wanted and they would prepare it for us to add to the buffet. We ordered two different kinds. When they were ready they brought the pizzas table side with fresh plates to make sure we got some. They Served us however many slices we wanted and out the rest on the buffet
