Went to celebrate my birthday early. Our server was kind and friendly. Food was good. My partner got the Shepards Pie and I got corned beef with cabbage (one of my favorite dishes), we also got thr bread pudding for dessert which was delicious. Our meal also came with soda bread which was warm and so soft. Im gonna have to try replicating it at home for myself.

We have eaten here three times so far, once for lunch and twice for dinner, and loved it.

Our server was outstandingand very attentive! We ordered several dishes including chicken pot pie, Reuben,Irish stew and a kids burger. The kids burger is just a bun and patty that comes with tater tots.my Reuben was good but in my opinion it needs a little more secret sauce or (1000 island).the stew was thick but had a strong or deep almost burnt flavor and my wife’s pot pie was delicious!

I really wanted to like this place because, as someone raised in Florida, I had a favorite Irish restaurant. O’Donnell’s just pales in comparison.

We ordered snacking bacon, and it was just 3 thin strips of basic bacon with one strip having multiple different temperatures. It didn’t feel fresh…I had hoped for bacon cooked to order.

Our entrees also came super fast. I ordered the chicken pot pie, and unfortunately, the temperature varied depending on what part of the pie I tried. It seemed as if the pot pie was reheated in a microwave, oven, or something, and it was not reheated well.

Our server was also lackluster. She didn’t check in with us about how our food was, or we would’ve told her about the pot pie issue. We waited and waited, and it wasn’t until after my husband had already finished his entire entire that the server came back. There was also a miscommunication or something because I wanted a replacement pot pie, but after I said that was what I wanted, she just took the pot pie off our bill and never brought me a replacement. She didn’t even ask if I were sure I didn’t want anything else because then I would’ve clarified.

The espresso martini was fantastic, though I guess I’m not too surprised because there’s a huge variety of alcohol here. I would’ve been shocked if the cocktails were bad.

My husband ordered the plate with corned beef cabbage, and colcannon. His entree was at a solid temp, and he said it was good. I tried his colcannon and liked it.

We ordered dessert since I still wanted to eat something. My husband got the bread pudding, which was great. I got the creme brulee, which was just okay. I didn’t care for the sugar cookie on top, and the dessert overall tasted a bit too sweet.

I strongly suspect a lot of food here is not made to order, and that clearly hurts the quality of the food. I also think the server we had needs a bit more training in timing, checking in, and communication.

I doubt we’ll come back. I don’t think the owners or whoever would change anything based on my or anyone else’s review.

But, if you want quality Irish food, look elsewhere. It isn’t here.

A nice surprise!
Stopped by on the way out of Anacortes for an early dinner.
Pleasant wait staff classic (Irish) pub atmosphere.
Had the Banger & Mash and my wife had the grilled Salmon. Both of us enjoyed our meals and felt they were good value for what we had. My wife sampled a tasty Vodka cranberry/ ginger mule for a beverage and I enjoyed a couple pints of Guinness.
First time there, but it won’t be the last.

Lovely waitstaff. Larger location than Everett’s. Huge banquet rooms. The shepherd’s pie was good, but not super flavorful. Fish and chips was flavorful. The crispy coating is well seasoned. The cornbeef meal was a little shy on the meat.

We had such a fantastic experience here! The staff made us feel right at home with their warm and friendly welcome. The menu was packed with a variety of Irish dishes, all priced quite reasonably. The restaurant’s ambiance truly captured an authentic vibe, from the charming decor to the delightful music. We had the biscuits and gravy, it’s definitely a crave-able dish that will have you returning again!

If your in the mood for home cooked Irish meals this is the spot to stop by! We almost wanted to order everything on the menu! They also have great condiments on the table that we never tried before like Brown sauce, and a horseradish type yellow mustard and was delicious!! I ordered the Shepards pie with Lamb and my wife got Corned beef and cabbage and both were great dinners! This place has become my favorite restaurant to go to!! This is definitely a place I would love to have a birthday dinner at! We started with the poutine fries and soda bread and that really hit the spot! If your in the area we highly rethink place for dinner and or lunch! We WILL be back and will try to knock out as much of the menu as well can to try Everything! This place is a must to try at least once! The service was great super friendly! We stopped by with no reservations but would highly recommend if you do not want to wait a little bit if the bar is full, but kitchen brought out amazing places with tons of flavor! Thank you guys it was an amazing meal tonight! 6/27 around 6:00pm dinner service! Cannot wait to be back and as well they have a dog park at inside the parking lot as well!!

Phenomenal place for great food and drinks. Staff was friendly, and the food came out so fast. The soda bread was great. I had the Bangers and Mash with a Guinness, and I couldn’t have walked away happier. Will definitely be returning.
