My sister bought a hot dog on a roll the roll was moldy and hard the worker told her to eat it and that it wouldn’t hurt her the worker grab it out of her hand they lost me as a customer I wont go there to eat anymore no stars for them

The owner of this location was one the phone with the employee. I asked for the receipt for my order and I was denied it for reason. I was charged extra money in store for my order which I placed online. When I asked for the receipt I was denied so I said I would have to call customer service to resolve the issue. Little did I know that the owner was on the phone with the employee I was taking to. The employee told me to speak to the owner where the owner said that I am “threatening” his employee by saying I would to contact customer service for my receipt. After he accused me of this he said that he would not give me my food. The owner of this location was very disrespectful to me and I did not appreciate it.

1st; The lady was super nice. BUT at the end of my transaction, I pulled out a coupon and she said they don’t accept coupons. Not a huge deal but kinda disappointing.
2nd; my sandwiches were so flat, they may as well been made on sliced bread. When I asked for extra meat she put so little that I had to ask for extra meat twice.
3rd; at checking out, I was appalled by the price of extra meat and the overall total. Since I asked twice for extra meat, I got charged an extra 8 dollars. I was shocked. For two foot longs, two bags of chips , and six cookies (which have shrunken) WAS 47 dollars total. I WILL NOT SPEND MY MONEY HERE EVER AGAIN. You’re better off going to Wawa and eating like a king for that price.

I often see them using the same gloves to do different things at the same time..I don’t understand do they use gloves to keep their hands clean or for my food??

The staff here are really friendly and make the sandwiches well! They don’t have bad attitudes like some places. I love that they’re located right inside the Walmart as it is convenient to stop by after shopping! 5/5

I love subway! I must have chosen the wrong sub. I chose the teriyaki chicken with lettuce and onion. I asked for light sauce. I had to throw it away. It was soggy. I was looking at the meats and it was the one that looked the most appealing. The other meats looked dryed out.. This subway is in walmart.

The lady who works there is really nice and we used to make it our regular stop after getting groceries but when I saw her sneezing and picking her nails over the food while on her phone just really made the thought of eating there very unappealing so we will not be eating at the Berlin, NJ location again.
