We ate at this little pizza place in Jefferson City. The OKJ Ultimate Garlic bread was so good. I recommend the Formaggio Bianco pizza. Yum! The fire roasted ricotta dollops on top were really creamy. They have a variety of pizzas to choose from. They even have one called The Big Dill, with pickles!

Patriot Wood Fired Pizza is the BEST pizza. I’m not just saying that. I worked for a pizza place for 10 years, my husband and I always grab pizzas here and there around town and when we travel to try to find the best crust, most fresh toppings, and interesting specialties. I have been 3 times now and I love that Patriot has a rotating special that you’ll see posted on the wall by the kitchen, this last time we went it was the Bacon Cheeseburger pizza and it may have been the most tasty, perfectly crafted pizza I have ever had. It legit tasted like a gourmet Big Mac and I feel like thats not even a good enough description. I could have died on the spot. The buffalo chicken bread could be a meal on its own, my husband and I loved it! Everything I’ve ever gotten from Patriot has been amazing and they have THE BEST crust you can get. Plus, they have beer and cookies? Is this heaven? 10/10, highly recommend!!

The atmosphere is so welcoming and clean. Everyone was really friendly and nice. Services were excellent and the pizza is delicious! The seasoning, the ingredients were tasteful you could taste the olive oil, the steak, sauté peppers and onions. Even the bathroom was clean love the wood work in the sink! We will definitely be back!

I just need to reiterate how much I love this pizza! I also hate blue cheese and vote Team Ranch! When anyone I talk to mentions “The best pizza” I send them here and nobody has ever been let down. We now visit on at least a bi-weekly basis! I enjoy their weekly specials! They take pizza and freshness to a new level! Today I enjoyed a fire baked, sausage, pepper and onion pizza and a side of garlic knots! It was delicious! I am so excited to return for bi-weekly specials and the Big Dill! If you have not indulged in an amazing pie lately, I highly recommend stopping by. Their ranch is home made and amazing!

This restaurant quickly became a favorite. We ordered personal pizzas because we wanted to try more than one. Both were amazing. The wood fired breads, pizza and Brie were amazing! (Highly recommend the caramelized oven baked brie). Wood Fired makes a total difference and the folks who take pride in their masterpieces make ALL the difference. Excellent service as well. This is one you don’t want to miss! Great food, great people!

For the good things: the naked chargrilled chicken wings are excellent. The pizza dough is excellent! Beer selection is excellent (bottles and cans only). The pizza had hardly any tomato sauce or cheese on it and it was still good. Another dollars worth of ingredients would have made it amazing. Lastly, and why I will not be back. Customers keep asking the owner for blue cheese dressing for the chicken wings…..nope we only serve ranch, but most people want blue cheese……nope we only serve ranch. Amazing, amazing such a little thing. I’ll never go back till there is blue cheese in the house. So bizarre, they told me to bring my own next time………what

I love this place! My husband and I have been multiple times and introduced our friends and family to their food. Everything we’ve tried was delicious and don’t sleep on their cookies made fresh in the wood fire oven every morning! I love that someone always says hello when you walk in even if they are doing something else it gives you a welcome feeling even if it takes a sec for someone to take your drink order because they are assisting other customers. The sauce is delicious we always ask for extra when we get the bread. They always have a specialty pizza of the day.

The garlic bites and wings were wonderful. However, we paid 137.00 for 4 pizzas (3 large Smokey Mountain Phillies and 1 large Bearclaw-Buffalo Chicken. I paid 5.00 for extra meat on the Smokey Mountain Philly. WHAT A JOKE!. As you can see from pic, the top is the “”extra meat”” with no mushroom and the bottom is original. The bottom has more meat than the one I paid an additional 5.00 for extra meat (30.00). The third pic is supposed to be the Bearclaw-Buffalo Chicken for 24.00. There were pieces with nothing on them and on the entire large pizza, there “”might”” have been 10 pieces of chicken bites. We were terribly disappointed!!! When you pay $137.00, you expect to get what you pay for. We were truly excited when we seen how busy they were, but I truly don’t know if I’d give them a 2nd chance for that price and not get what you paid for!!
