This was the second time I have patron this establishment. The food area is clean and empty trays are immediately restock. When you arrive you order your drinks and they walk you to your table. You get your food and trays are available. They have a sushi roll area, seafood area, Chinese food area, dessert area and condiments in another area. My family enjoyed themselves.

10 outta 10 buffet! If your a sushi lover… well this place is sushi heaven! But they offer such a wide variety of other things too. Everything from chicken, pizza, steak, salad bar, octopus, squid, muscles, veggie bar, and dessert bar! Theirs something for everybody! Our server was so sweet. She even come over and ask if we’d like her to take some pics of all of the family! Such a nice casual atmosphere. Great for families, dates, parties, or even to come and fix yourself a plate for the go! If your in the Winston Salem area you need to go check them out! My next trip to visit family, we’ll definitely be going back!

Horrible service and food. Some foods tasted really bland and some of them I could’ve even chew. It was way too stiff. Furthermore, some things like the salmon tasted expired, it had a really funky taste. Sushi was limited to random chef special rolls? Did not look or taste good. My family even got overcharged too after we ordered hot water which they then put down as $3 hot tea! We shouldn’t have been charged and either way the tea was way too overpriced. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND this restaurant.

Great location! Great health rating posted. Great server. Hibachi was cooked to order without sauces. Fresh & delicious sushi. But the buffet is not consistently hot for hot items. A special for Sunday was stuffed salmon and they had the item but it was cold & dried out when I picked it up from the buffet and it was supposed to be a hot item with all the other hot dishes such as steamed salmon and shrimp. Also the pepper chicken was only room temperature. And the Pot stickers were only room temp.A few items I picked up that was supposed to be hot were not but some things were steaming hot because they came straight from the kitchen and if you got them as soon as they put them out in the buffet then they were hot but the water was not hot underneath them to keep the item hot consistently. The items are selected that were not hot. I just discarded. It is dangerous for health to have food out at room temp all day. is very dangerous and that makes me wonder about the health rating being accurate in giving them a high score.

I’ve been coming to this Chinese restaurant for a while, and it’s always been a great experience. The food has consistently been delicious, making it a go-to spot for me. However, my recent visit was disappointing due to the poor customer service.
While the food was still up to par, the service was far from satisfactory. My waiter took my plate away while I was still eating, without asking if I was finished, and simply told me to have a good day. To make matters worse, the woman who brought the check hovered over us while we were still eating, pressuring us to pay quickly.
We were so uncomfortable with the service that we left a small cash tip, but even after paying, the woman continued to stand at the end of the table, blocking me in my seat and questioning whether the service was bad, making me feel even more uneasy. Unfortunately, due to this experience, my boyfriend and I will not be returning.

Nice buffet. They had plenty of food, and the seafood was very fresh, which is not always the case at buffets. I had both the teriyaki and hibachi grilled foods, and the teriyaki was a great teriyaki sauce and flavor. The hibachi was a little bit sweeter than I am used to, but it was not enough of a difference to be off-putting. The sweet and sour chicken was excellent, the potstickers were really good, and the sauce with them was good on anything I put it on! The desserts were excellent, there were some sweet and savory pastries, ice cream, and some whipped cream mousse cubes that were to die for. Service was consistent and excellent, I did not have to ask for anything, they just were intuitive enough to fill the drink when it ran low, brought more silverware when I dropped my fork – just excellent service. The decor was really good, from the granite benches and water feature out front, it was representative of what most of us would associate with asian cultures – seriously, see the pictures.

There is no good authentic Asian restaurant in WS. Nonetheless, Tin Tin offers a variety of okay Chinese foods. Some foods tasted bland. Some like shrimps and grilled squids were actually good. Hibachi and Sushi could be good alternatives too. In general, their seafoods are better than fried foods.

Truly disappointed and offended by this place. The last time I was here I was with my white friend and the workers were so nice. As good as this place was last time I told my family to give it a try hoping they would like. Boy, was I wrong. Quality of the food and temperature was not good at all. But this is what truly upset me. I understand how customer service is, but don’t make people feel rushed when eating…literally pointing by my niece or any other of my family members plate. That’s RUDE! As we are getting close to getting done, I already saw the ticket to pay…the worker, JUDY, comes back holding the ticket over us asking if it’s all on one bill. I already explained that at the entrance to the hostess that it was all on one. She hands me the ticket & kept saying thank you and hovering over me as I’m trying to get my card out. You don’t do that to people. I immediately felt uncomfortable and pissed because I don’t know what this last assumed, but I have money to pay. She did not do this to other non-black customers, so yeah I can see where this is going. Since you all want to disrespect my family and I you don’t deserve a tip. She quickly came back after I slammed the ticket holder down because how dare you!!! She saw I didn’t tip her and looked at me crazy. Judy gave me a look and I look at her back…is there a problem?! Maybe next time don’t pull that racist bs on me because you all could get reported…easily. Truly will not be coming back here again.
