I always order my pizza when I am in route simple large pizza cheese and mushroom only. By the time I pull up they are just taking it out the oven hot and always fresh. My request is always light sauce and well done and they never miss Thank you Dominos

Decided to stop on the way home from work. Only saw one person working but later when I went back to pick up my food, a lady greeted me & asked if I needed help. The manager Christopher Keller took my order earlier as well as cooked my food. He was nice to me & professional. He was not overly talkative BUT please please give these people a break. He was the cook, cashier, etc. AND he was polite enough for me considering. I hope future customers consider some of those factors.

I ordered one pizza from them to be delivered to my house. Mind you, I live only a 2 or 3 miles down the road from them. My order was placed at 6:10 p.m. and it took them 3 hours to deliver it. When the diver finally arrived, he for some reason felt it was appropriate to honk the horn on his car a few times. I guess he couldn’t be bothered to knock on the door (my porch light was on and I have a flood light that is set my motion).
The diver clearly had a bad attitude for some reason and had all but thrown the pizza at me.
Before the long awaited delivery of my pizza, I had called the store after it has been maybe 1 hour and 30 minutes after placing the order. A young man answered the phone and immediately placed me on hold after saying “Please hold.” That would have been okay if I hadn’t waited for 30 minutes before accepting that he had forgotten about me. I called back and ended up having to spend 20 minutes calling back to back before someone picked up the phone. This time it was a young lady, she was nice and polite but clearly flustered. She said they where bussy and backed up but working on getting orders out and even apologized for the delay. Would have been nice for the man from before to have taken the few seconds to say that.
I did get my food in the end but it was a far cry from the quality they had when the old manager Joshua W. was running that store. Clearly he is no longer there, as I know thay he would have never allowed such poor service to have happened under his watch.
Sadly the Domino’s pizza in Sharpsburg, NC has now officially lost my business unless they turn things around. I would rather pay more to order from somewhere else, even if I have to go get it myself than to deal with such a massive lack of service as this location has certainly fallen into.

Had to update it. Unfortunately some of the pizza makers, have issues with working there. Jessica had made our food a few times, & it was perfectly made! Wait a couple days, & this next person was the exact opposite. Couldn’t even see or taste the sauce on either pizza, one had a tiny little piece of chicken per slice, the cinnamon twists had only traces of cinnamon & sugar, the garlic bites naturally followed the trend, & had minimal butter as well. The only drinks available when we went to pick it up(because it takes them 2 hours to deliver it & after we already ordered Coke), were MelloYello or Orange soda! It’s pizza, who wants orange soda with pizza?! Nobody. Wait until you eat it because you bought it for the 1hr drive to meet someone, & both get an upset stomach and cramping. Thanks

Since when did Domino’s add jalapeños and pineapple to their Extreme pizza and burn their bbq bacon chicken…total waste of money, Never again I tried calling them to ask if maybe there was a mistake and I was given the wrong order. Shannon told me to hold and left me hanging on the line. Not the best way to run a business in a small town

I work for a company off 301 (Quality Truck Bodies). We celebrate birthdays. Sometimes we order biscuits from the Creamery, or sometimes we order pizza from this Domino’s. Well, today Domino’s lost our business today. We ordered 7 pizzas, we sent out somebody to get them and he came back with 6 (he didn’t know we ordered 7). I called and told the girl who took my order that we were missing a pizza. She responded that they made all 7 pizzas, and I said well he only came back with 6. I didn’t receive an apology, just a nonchalant attitude. The pizza was “remade” for us (the term she used instead of admitting they incorrectly counted our pizzas). This isn’t the first time they messed up. Most of the time, the pizzas are not ready by the time we go pick them up. I’m just super disappointed by how this was handled.
Update 12/5/21 I gave them one more chance (personal not for my work). I ordered pizza here since it was on the way from where my fiance works. I placed the order online. My fiance gets here. The girl tells him she doesn’t see the order at all. I’m on the phone with him and throu his car speaker so I say its been paid for, it HAS to be in there. and lo and behold it was. I dont know how she didnt see it but I’m guessing they cleared the orders. My fiance had to wait another 20 mins for the two pizzas. They weren’t busy. It’s just incompetence. At least I gave them another chance but the service is TERRIBLE. The pizzas were good. Looks like imma have to stick to the one by save a lot or on raleigh rd.

EVERYTIME MYSELF OR ANYONE IN MY HOUSEHOLD ORDERS DOMINOS. THEY RARELY PICK UP THE PHONE, & when they do they are extremely rude. The store manager James is very disrespectful just like his employees. Myself and my children have spent lots of money at this location here and Sharpsburg. People have delivered food and did not give my children their change back. It makes no sense how this particular location is being operated, I will never in my life order at Dominos again! I have to drive from Sharpsburg to Nashville or either Rocky Mount to get pizza! Because you never know if these people spitting in your food or what, & I say that because EVERYTIME WE ORDER ITS ALWAYS AN ISSUE! Everyone in this location needs to be replaced! It’s nonsense!
