I want to recognize Angela from Customer Service for helping me with an issue on my Home Depot credit card.

I didn’t even realize my no-interest financing had ended until we called the credit card company. I went in thinking my balance was around $2,100 and was told it was over $3,000, which really scared me. Angela took the time to help me call and figure out what happened, and that’s when I found out the interest had been added after the promotion expired.

Because of the daily payment limits, I couldn’t pay the full amount that same day. Angela told me to come back the next day and she helped me again to finish paying it off. She even followed up after that and contacted the credit card line to make sure everything was updated and my account was fully clear.

I’m really thankful for her help. She didn’t rush me and truly cared about getting it resolved.

Best empanadas I have ever had. I tied 4 varieties and all were delicious. The bakery selections looked very tempting. The small bakery was cute. The service was great. The prices were very reasonable. I will definitely be back to explore more items.

Very good bakery with tasty Colombian and Latin American food; and a friendly staff. However, after a short visit our clothes picked up cooking smells from the kitchen so, perhaps the ventilation needs improvement.

I used to come to get pan de bonos and other goodies years ago and stopped going because I didn’t make it on time before closing or wasn’t around the area.

After many years, I decided to stop and see if I could get any goodies even if it was close to close time abd I got lucky!

They were out of pan de bonos, but since I had been craving something sweet to go with my coffee after lunch, we got tiramisu and a palmier. Both were delicious and packed with flavor! You can tell that they use quality ingredients to get tasty treats.

The owner that took care of us was nice, friendly and attentive. We sure will be back.

Pan Pan Bakery is a hidden gem that definitely deserves a visit! Their sprinkle cookies are absolutely delicious, the cafecitos are outstanding (bigger and better than what you get at many Cuban restaurants), and the pan con queso bread? Incredibly good—definitely a highlight!

We were pleasantly surprised by how clean and inviting the interior was, and the variety of offerings is massive. Whether you’re looking for a small treat or a large novelty item, they’ve got something for everyone.

The only reason we’re giving four stars instead of five is that their posted hours aren’t reliable. Both the website and the door display incorrect hours, so it’s best to call ahead in the evening to make sure they’re still open. Otherwise, this place is a fantastic spot, and we’ll definitely be back!

Worst empanada I’ve ever had. Dry and tasteless. Dry expensive tasteless cookies. Service was fine, but then no one was in there so why wouldn’t it be?

Fantastic Spanish (Colombian) bakery. There coconut cream filled bread is to die for. Empanadas are really good and everything else is delicious. Go early or order in advance because they run out quick. Small bakery challenged with filling high demand. Absolutely recommend visiting. Their stuffed yuca with meat is very unique and awesome.

Very pleasant staff! Haven’t eaten the red velvet cake or the tiramisu yet, but it looks good. Will update after my husband and granddaughter give me their review. We just popped in the bakery for the first time after buying fruit at Fancy Fruit. UPDATE: My husband said he was surprised by the Tiramisu being lackluster because he had heard good things about Pan Pan Bakery. He said it wasn’t the worst but was far from the best he has had. My granddaughter had one word for the Red Velvet Cake, “Gross!” The filling had a bad flavor and the cake by itself was very dry. She said, “Wow, I just ate desert!” Both pieces of cake were thrown out. Sorry, Pan Pan Bakery, we wanted to love you.
