Very disappointing experience at the Bethesda location.
I’ve always enjoyed the DC location, but after moving, my first visit here was a huge letdown in both service and food quality.
First, there was a foreign object in the food, which made it impossible to enjoy the meal. It was clear that the ingredients were not properly prepped.
Second, due to a staff error, I was incorrectly charged an additional $50. The gift card was processed by the employee, but I was then told there was no balance and charged again. I returned in person a few days later and also emailed the manager, but months later, the issue is still unresolved.
Extremely disappointing overall. This location does not meet the standards of the brand.

We were celebrating our 15 year anniversary and this was the perfect spot! The meat was delicious, I love the cheese bread, the salads and drinks were also great. Jay and Daniel took care of us and they were very attentive! They gave us great recommendations on what to get. The chocolate cake with ganache was soooo good! If you are looking for a place to celebrate something special or just have a fun time with friends, this is a great choice.

There’s a couple parking garages around and some street parking. We parked in a garage and walked over. We did make a last minute reservation but didn’t have any issues with getting the reservation itself. We were sat pretty quickly and someone came by to see if we wanted mimosas maybe 5 minutes in. Another 5 minutes and we were poured water but no one came to our table whatsoever. I had to stop the hostess to notify a server for us to order our drinks and for the churrasco experience.
The rotation od the select meats was fine, we barely saw our server, asked if we wanted the pao de queijo (cheese bread), polenta and bananas. They didn’t offer the mashed potatoes.
I mentioned that I had the member reward for half off the churrasco price and someone stopped by and asked if we were ready for the check and said he would have me write down the number to look it up. He came back 5 minutes later and just handed the check and walked off. It wasn’t till out server came back and asked if the reward had been applied when it was taken care of.
One of the worst locations I’ve been to in terms of service and was definitely disappointed.

Went there to celebrate my birthday. We had a reservation, but for our large group there was a bit of a wait. It was well worth it. The salad bar was very fresh. We selected the option for endless meats. Wow. It was a lot but we committed to it. They kept it coming and they were all so good. The servers were nice and attentive. The restaurant was packed but we were seated in a nice location. I brought my cake in and they stored it until we were ready to blow out the candles.The ambiance was perfect. I had the best experience there and to cap it off I got a nice birthday dessert. Well worth the price.

Servers were constantly coming by, and if we noticed we missed something, they immediately brought it over without us even having to ask.
The food was phenomenal. Every cut of meat was insanely delicious, and they kept it coming nonstop. The churrasco experience was 100% worth every penny, truly top notch service and quality. The side dishes were also amazing, with so many great options that paired perfectly with the meats.
As someone from Paraguay, I was especially happy to try their cheese bread, which tasted very similar to chipa, it honestly felt like a little taste of home, adjacent really. They also had guaraná, which is very hard to find, and it was absolutely delightful.
On top of the incredible food, the restaurant was spotless, clean bathrooms, clean floors, friendly staff, great music, and a wonderful ambiance. To top it all off, they surprised me with a free dessert for my birthday, which was such a lovely touch.
Overall, this location was outstanding. Amazing food, amazing service, and an unforgettable experience. I will definitely be coming back.
