Their Crazy puffs were very delicious. The Detroit style slices and stix were good too. Customer service was outstanding. The boy was friendly and respectful.
The only things that made them 4 stars instead of 5 were the girl in the kitchen didn’t wear her head cover and gloves and the floor was dirty.

I went to this Little Caesars location last week to redeem a coupon for a large pepperoni pizza. I let whoever was up front know that whenever I get Pizza from Little Caesars, they never put enough sauce on the pizza, so all I’m left with is just bread, cheese, and pepperoni, with just a faint taste of sauce. I told the guy upfront that if the person making my pizza could put more sauce on my pizza, since every time I go to this Little Caesars Pizza location, the taste of the sauce is barely noticeable, he told me I would need to pay $1.06 for extra sauce on the pizza.
I was shocked. Even if you were to ask for extra sauce on a pizza, it’s usually $0.50 or less… so I was confused why I would need to pay an extra $1.06 to put extra sauce on the pizza. His English wasn’t the best either. I just told him forget it… and I’ll just take it normally. When I got back home to look at the pizza, it looked average, but taste-wise. I hated it. There wasn’t enough sauce on the pizza. I may never go to that location.

Not sure what happened recently, but this location makes burnt pizzas now… They used to be really good, so this is really disappointing.
The crust is burnt and hard like a cracker.
Our theory is that they make a bunch of pizzas in anticipation of rush hour, then reheat them as needed so that they’re hot when customers come by.
Hope it changes back to fresh pizza!

My son went to buy a “hot and ready” pizza last Thursday, and they gave him this piece of crap, we called to claim and demand a refund and they told us that it was not possible, and they hung up on us without saying more, the person was heard without interest in solving the problem

I like little Caesars in general so this review is for this particular franchise .
I buy it frequently
the reason this is 1 star is because I bought 2 pepperoni pizzas and 2 combos I spent close to 50 bucks and the pizza was very very dry there was no sause in the pizza to the point where the crust felt like bread with cheese and pep. They put no sauce so either the cook messed my order up or they messing up all the orders .
Or they trying to save money I don’t know
All I know is that every other time I have got little Caesars it’s good and oily and there’s a good amount of sauce .
I’m really upset and regret spending almost 50 for this dry stuff
To the manager : if I can get my money back I’ll take it in a heartbeat

I specifically asked for my pizzas to be light. The more expensive sausage which they claim has extra cheese was way overcooked. I have been ordering from Little Caesars for over 25 years…I have never seen such a poorly made pizza anywhere. Zero quality control and cross contamination. Burnt cheese is flavorless and disgusting, and overcooking a pizza turns the sauce to a disgusting paste. No customer service email.

Messed up the order, didn’t include the crazy puffs we ordered, put toppings on I didn’t order that I detest. Then, the delivery person couldn’t find the house which has never been an issue with any other delivery driver.
