First time visiting an Olive Garden and I had a great time. The restaurant’s pretty big and we got seated towards the back which was perfect as it was quieter. I got a new pasta dish which I honestly disliked but it was my fault because I should’ve gone with something more simple. Also got a Chocolate Lasagna which was really good.
The menu doesn’t have a ton of pictures and only has a picture for each section. They’ve got a salad & soup section, dessert section, appetizers, alcohol and non alcoholic beverages, classic entrees, and more. It’s true what they say, their bread is really good too.

Once our waitress brought our food out, she disappeared. She never came back to the table until we were done and having asked if another waitress could please find our waitress. When we nicely pointed this out to our waitress when she did arrive, she was 100% non-apologetic. She had absolutely nothing to say just acted like we hadn’t said anything at all. Love the food but not going to put up with that kind of service. I did let someone at the reservation desk know about this and they assured me that they would relay this information to the manager. We were wanting to stay and enjoy some wine, we did not.

It was New Year’s Eve I knew it was going to be packed we didn’t mind waiting. I asked the host if the bar was open She flat out said NO!! WITH AN ATTITUDE!! SO I SAID FINE I WALKED AROUND THERE WAS PEOPLE SITTING AT THE BAR!! Bartender was nice enough to seat us so I could have a couple of drinks while are table was ready.
Long story short.

Went to Celebrate a few Birthdays!!! I ordered the endless pasta because I wanted to try a few different pastas!!First was 5 cheese marinara,biting noodles no meat!! It was ok!!! I then tried the fettuccine with hald mushroom sauce and half alfredo!!I added grilled chicken to it!!It was Fantastic!!!Along with Salad,Soup and breadsticls!!!We Enjoyed ourselves!!!

The food is consistently good, but it’s not as affordable as it used to be.
The staff is attentive and friendly, and Andrew at the bar is one of our favorite people.
The only thing we find disappointing is that darn Ziosk computer. We don’t like to pay with it because it’s been handled by so many people, we both spend all day in front of screens and don’t want to deal with another one, and the survey for the servers is HUGELY UNFAIR. We feel like good service is exactly what we expect and what we get and 5 stars should be reserved for someone who goes above band beyond. Not every dining experience provides that opportunity. But if you give your server at Olive Garden anything other than 5 stars, it counts as zero and the server is penalized. That’s BS and we won’t participate in that nonsense. But this time we got feedback that if we decline to use the Ziosk, the server gets talked to about it.

The food was enjoyable, and the restaurant was not particularly crowded. However, the server seemed quite occupied. It was unclear what she was attending to. The bread was not served until the entrees arrived. She only checked on our water once, at the beginning of the meal, and did not return to refill it. It took fifteen minutes to receive the requested crushed pepper, despite the restaurant not being busy. The service did not seem to align with Olive Garden’s reputation for providing unlimited bread. Although I do not consume a large amount of bread, it is a well-known aspect of the Olive Garden experience. Overall, the food was good.

Went there to celebrate my friends birthday and the saff were very accommodating on such short notice. The atmosphere was 10/10 and I think our server was named Danny and he was awesome! Will definitely be back to this location for sure!

The Roseville location was definitely more enjoyable than Eagan location, in my opinion! The Bartender/Server was a bit dry and unwelcoming when I arrived, but service was good and he warmed up closer to tip time. The Shrimp Fetucinni with broccoli was definitely Enjoyed!

First and foremost, I love their customer service, the way they handle the issues. I would love to give them the highest rating possible because of the friendly staff, good food and all. Most importantly, prolly the shift manager, Alexa, she did an amazing job handling a bad situation caused by uber, they failed to deliver twice so she came by herself to drop my food which was amazing and all were on the house as a courtesy. If her supervisor seeing this review, I am recommending a promotion, she deserves more. Such a kind soul and helpful manner.
