I’m extremely disappointed with how security handled closing time last night at KAMS.
A female friend of mine was physically pushed by security while exiting the establishment. There is a major difference between escorting someone out and putting your hands on them in a forceful way. After being pushed outside, she tried to get the attention of another friend who was still inside, and security repeatedly yelled “I don’t care, get out,” despite her already being outside the door.
That kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. Closing time can be handled firmly without being aggressive or physical. Security is there to maintain safety, not escalate situations or put their hands on guests unnecessarily.
I hope management seriously reviews how their staff is trained to handle situations like this, because no one should feel unsafe while leaving a bar.

Tonight, my friends and I wanted to have a good time at Kams, and unfortunately we were kicked out for no valid reason. Two of my friends were kicked out by a guy in a beanie because they were dancing on top of a table. Others were dancing on top of the tables and they were not kicked out. Once he told my friends to get off the table, they did, but that was not “good enough” for the Kams security guards, especially the one in the beanie. He brought three others to “help” him get all of us out. We were forced out for doing absolutely nothing wrong. Be very cautious when you go to Kams, especially with the guy with the beanie.
Additionally, this bar should heavily review its policies and treatment of paying customers ensuring fairness for all customers rather than SELECTIVELY ENFORCING RULES. This establishment should not pick and choose who to kick out. No one should have to experience this kind of exclusion, especially on Latin Night. It was a Friday night, everyone was having a good time, and Kams ruined it. Please think twice before coming.

This is probably the worst college bar I have ever been to. I came here for a special event and was rudely told I had to pay an additional $20 on top of the $25 I had already paid. Bouncers were clearly not communicated to about this event. When we attempted to pay the cover, the broken ATM robbed my friend of 80 DOLLARS and they refused to refund her or let her in, despite the fact she didn’t get the cash.
On top of that, the place was very disgusting with puddles of alcohol, puke, and probably other bodily fluids on the floor. No amount of disinfectant and lysol will cleanse that place or get rid of that awful puke odor

Even 1 star is too good for this place. Zero star for the securities. My group was arbitrarily kicked out for absolutely no reason whatsoever. The securities were highly unprofessional and displayed a clear, baffling bias in their enforcement of “rules.” We felt targeted and unfairly treated. I recommend avoiding this establishment until they address their discriminatory staff.

Most unreasonable guard I’ve ever seen. Guy with a beanie threw me out of line after waiting 2 hours because I was ‘on the side of line’, after being pushed there, as it was mad busy. Do not recommend.

The club was overcrowded, dirty, and chaotic. The floors were sticky, it felt unsafe to walk. No coat check or even a proper place to leave outerwear. More like a messy, poorly managed place than a real club.

My niece and her friends had high hopes for this place, but unfortunately, the service was incredibly disappointing. The staff was inattentive, and getting basic requests fulfilled felt like an uphill battle. Despite the lively atmosphere, it was overshadowed by rude behavior and long wait times. If customer service isn’t a priority, I’d suggest going elsewhere. Definitely not worth the hassle.
