Everything here was amazing. The food was exceptional. The staff were nice and friendly. Helped with anything and everything we wanted. I loved the old 50s/60s style too. Felt super old school. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a sweet nostalgia trip and a good time.

I had a really good and very big country fried steak & gravy with mashed potatoes & vegetables. The steak was as big as my face and really crispy and seasoned well on the outside. The gravy was seasoned well. The mashed potatoes are homemade and very good with the gravy. They have fresh vegetables and corn bread, or a dinner roll, or garlic bread with it. I had a nice dinner roll with some soft butter in it. I also had a chocolate and coffee shake and Damnnnn was that good. I would recommend to get that shake too. It is a lot of food and I need a long nap now. It’s country fried food coma time. The pictures below are from a take out order that I got from the Stardust Diner in Vancouver,WA. I took it out and put it on my own dinner plate and tray.

This little restaurant has the best breakfast , I ordered the Meat and eggs plate. Comes with 2 eggs any style , I chose over med which the cook nailed cooked to perfection, your choice of meat i chose the 12oz chicken fried steak it was perfectly cooked and huge, stuffed hash cheese, bacon, sour cream browns , and toast .. it alot of food for only 14.99 , the service was fast the food was hot and delicious the restaurant was clean. They can get a little busy but when we went there was no wait. I highly suggest this Restaurant. Good old home cooked meal. Just like mama used to make. Note the hash browns were twice what’s in photos but once I took a bite I couldn’t stop lol. And thats a full size 10 inch plate the chicken fried steak is on.

This is the epitome of the quintessential retro 1950s cafe!
We landed here late one night after doing a retro-themed escape room. We grabbed a bite before ending our festivities.
The Stardust is exactly on the inside what you expect to get by looking at the outside.
You’re greeted by friendly staff and quickly seated. The diner menu is 100% all-American quisine. Burgers, Fries, Open-Face sandwiches, milkshakes, the works.
The tables and decore match the theme of the era. The staff is responsive and friendly. The prices are a bit high but I imagine they’re struggling to keep the doors open with all the hustle and bustle around them likely trying to push them out of the corporate giant’s way.
If ever on the east side of Vancouver, give them a try. Well worth your time to go have a good ole diner meal!

Stardust Diner in Vancouver, WA totally lived up to the hype and then some. Walking in feels like stepping into a retro movie set, with bright colors, fun decor, and that cozy, buzzing diner energy that makes you instantly hungry. Even though they were busy, the host got us seated fast and our server was on top of everything without ever seeming stressed. The menu is massive in the best way, with breakfast, burgers, and classic comfort food available all day, so it’s perfect when friends can’t agree on what to eat. Portions are huge, prices are super reasonable, and everything at our table came out hot and cooked exactly right. The shrimp and veggies I ordered were fresh and flavorful, and the sides tasted like upgraded home cooking instead of basic diner filler. Refills showed up before we even had to ask, and the staff kept checking in just enough without hovering. Overall, Stardust Diner feels like the kind of place you start going to “just once” and then suddenly it’s your regular weekend hangout. If you’re anywhere near Vancouver and want chill vibes, big plates, and friendly service, this spot is seriously worth the stop.

We have lived in Vancouver for over 5 years and finally decided to try breakfast here. It was the best breakfast that we have had, not only in Vancouver. Steak was delicious and tender. Eggs Benedict was very yummy and made perfectly.

Old school authentic diner that was packed on a sunny Sunday. I grabbed a seat at the counter and dig how overstaffed they are as well as the massive portions. Not fancy, not fast, but hit the spot! I had the Spanish omelet with what they call “country potatoes”. Good stuff, reasonable prices. 10/10 would go back.

First time here.
I ordered the pancake breakfast, and i really liked it. The pancake was a lil undesirable, taste like a biscuit made pancake. The rest of the breakfast was on point, definitely worth it. Now my queen ordered a French dip, it that was amazing as she put it.
We will be coming back soon. Price was definitely worth it. $35 for two meals, yah we will be returning. Ty at stardust diner.

Very nice dinner. Food was tasty. Excellent food portions. Lots of menu choices. Reasonably priced. Have only eaten here once but intend to go back — quite a few menu items catch my eye and this place is such a value for your money. Strongly recommend you try this dinner for yourself.

I had a wonderful experience here. First time. Came a little after lunch for a breakfast. They did not disappoint! Huge portions, relaxed atmosphere and we were greeted and taken to a booth. I was amazed by everything here. The menus is simple and a lot to choose from. I had the Giant Chicken Fried Steak and eggs that came with two slices of toast. Of course I couldn’t resist the onion rings for appetizer. Yum! Fried to perfection. Not oily and the dipping sauce that came with it was delicious!
Not w, for my main meal, the chicken fried steak was absolutely delicious as well. Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. Humongous portions. The gravy was perfect combo! I’m finished it all.. the hash I finished it with two over easy eggs. My plate was cleaned up pretty well. I couldn’t finish the toast and even the onions rings. That was my only take home food.
I don’t know why I never checked this place out. Now, I could say, it is one of my favorites places to eat and I can’t wait to come back and try more options on the menu.
I felt happy and full and overall, it’s better to come when it’s not peek time.
The service was great. They actually forgot our onion rings and they did not charge us for it. So go ahead and try your experience here too if you haven’t gone. Light on your pocket and you will leave happy as a clam… a stuffed clam like me!
